Yep, not available to my location. Too bad. I have Tor installed on my Firefox browser, but it just routes the IP through Scandinavia or Europe.

Amusing link. To what extent do you think this reflects reality?I think government picks winners and losers everyday, indirectly in every sector via control of monetary, fiscal and regulatory policy, and so far directly in banking, mortgages, and automobiles.
