All necessities would be provided for by my benevolent world government.

Anything above and beyond those needs, would be left free'er than before my bloody coup. Ex: If you want to pay $150 for sneakers....by all means.... be an idiot.... ;)


Then I'd have a huge-ass spaceship built ( again, using any and all global resources required)....and start wandering the cosmos.
I'd have spacewalks dedicated to spraypainting my name on any and all objects floating around in space.

I wouldn't want to be a dictator so much as an architect with unlimited resources and influence.

I would redesign cities by tearing down old, derelict properties and build new homes and businesses in their place. Careful planning writ large would be my guiding ideal. I would design parks and wildlife perserves. I'd gather the best minds and best talent in engineering and science and econmics and work hard to find a renewable sources of energy for the planet, maximize food production without laying waste to the environment, build schools and hospitals in every corner of the globe, and try to create a stable world market.

Try to fix wildspread poverty such as in Africa. Move money around from military expenses. Try to keep peace in (my) world as so there was little military expenses.
Reduce the quality of some other part of the state that I'm not sure about for money to use on a green energy plan. Decide which plan to go for in terms of researching and investing in energy(non-oil based).
Up the police investigation, because far too many crimes go unsolved even in leading parts of the world. Reduce the spendage on space research.

That's some of what I would do if I was dictator of a single state containing all the land in the world.

I'd live in a mansion on a heavily-fortified island in the tropics. Also on the island will be a Catholic Church, and the Pope, who's flown in every morning from Roma, so that I never miss out on Mass.
I'd give the Palastinians their land, and help them reach a compromise with Israel.
I'd appoint my oldest son Santino as my underboss, my adopted German-Irish son Tom as consigliere, and my friends from the neighbourhood Tessio and Clemensa as my caporegiemes.
I'll have a flat tax-rate, because I feel for the rich who hate having to pay more money than everyone else. That's incomism!
I'd be the administrator of a forum website where I can communicate with the public and hear their feedback and opinions on how my regime is going. I can block and ban whatever and whoever I like, though.
I'd have a giant statue of me erected in my hometown of Wellington, New Zealand. This will be a place of pilgrimage for the people of the world.

*Implement global federalism. Most existing countries would govern their own domestic policies, subject to the constitution. The federal government, however, would have control of issues that tend to result in collective action problems between countries: trade, the environment, some taxes, and the military. The international government would be funded by a tobin tax on economic transactions (which would discourage speculation and encourage long-term investment) and a proportional tax collected mostly from the rich countries.

It would also mean that resource wealth did not give any countries special advantages - encouraging states to industrialize.
*I would not bail out failing countries except in extreme cases. I would restructure much of Africa, so that states accorded to cultural groups, rather than arbitrary boundaries imposed by Europeans.

No. Its definitely a combination of gene loading and antisocial conditioning. But its unpopular to remove risk kids from risk raisers and doesn't work without an intense remedial new "nursery", uneconomic to do mass community based early intervention with say up to 5% not to mention the lack of a skill base to assist. Presumably after a short time on this system child saboteurs would be attenuated with their worst excesses and rolemodelling, kids would not conduct themselves as mini socoiopaths by developing behavioural patterns, or later become makers of next generation ferals. I Do. I live in one of the countries of the Major Antillas (dont know how it is translated to english exactly), that's on of the big islands in the Caribbean Sea. I am from Dominican Republic, very pretty beaches, nice sun and sand. Hot summer all the year.

A short list of my agenda when I take over the world.

My first order of business would be to nuke a small country (Zimbabwe could probably be a good choice) as a warning to anyone who would attempt to usurp my rule or attempt to go against it. Of course, I would also make sure the former country wasn't very well liked so the fallout wouldn't be too bad for me.

My second order of business would be to establish the countries that will focus on agriculture and food production to deal with the threat of hunger and famine. My world can not have famine or hunger, simply because it creates inefficiency and brings down value.



My third order of business would be to make it required that all members of the world must have a High-School Degree (equivalents would be completely valid 100%) and then at least a Bachelors degree in a practical field, such as engineering. For members who can not afford college, there will be assessment centers which act solely to test a person's abilities to see if they qualify for a degree or if they need to continue studying alone for a further period of time. Those who refuse to either go to college or study on their own for a practical degree will be shot on the spot.

Also, required courses would be critical thinking, fundamental reasoning and logic, and argumentative theory. These would be taught all though the second grade straight through to the twelfth grade.

Lastly, home schooling would be illegal unless properly focused on approved materials. Just say no to fundamentalist Christian bible studies home schooling.



My fourth order of business will be to begin fazing out personal automobiles and transportation (company transportation and taxi services will still be allowed), and instead begin implementing public transportation in every city. It will take a long time to implement, but it will be done.

My fifth order of business would be to "encourage" a higher focus on science in all countries. My world is a world of reason and rationality.

My sixth order of business would be to work on building a health care system that can work for all members of society. It would be focused on taxes and would not require any upfront costs for any member of society. Also, all doctors and health care personnel would be government certified by their own government and would be paid through the taxes of their government.

I'll institute a number of reforms in a gradual piecemeal fashion...The following will be the reforms I intend to undertake

1. Unify the world into a single global market (this includes the creation of a single global stock market, eliminating tariffs, etc)
2. Spread free market capitalism with the proper oversight and regulations
3. Strive for universal education
4. Liberalize immigration and abolish national boundaries
5. Abolish national armies and unify them into a single World Army (this is to abolish inter-national wars but I'll preserve an army just in case those extra-terrestrials invade O.o, or to crush rebels and reactionaries)
6. Develop the infrastructure necessary for economic development around the world
7. Uphold the rule of law around the world and unify standards in accounting, judicial proceedings, and regulations
8. Institute one global language, and make it mandatory that every single person in the world learn that language (most likely English)
9. Spread Economic Freedom, Personal Freedom, Religious Freedom, and Freedom of the Press all around the world
10. Sponsor numerous research and development endeavors, especially space travel and life extension
11. And of course make sure that I get perpetually elected as dictator for life :P

Ideally I could just give myself a lot of money, maybe a private island, and then give power to someone who will assure I keep my wealth and island when they are in power. If its all good I'd step down from the office and retire. I just wouldn't know what to do.

If I give it a second thought, I'd want every nation in existence before my absolute rule (As in yesterday) to spend one week compiling a list of all their demands. If they fail to turn their list in on time I probably won't consider it. Once I get them all, I start fulfilling what I find to be a way to give everyone a minimum amount of what they want. (X country wants Y land. I give them Y land, and Y land gets an extra fulfilment.) Each demand is worth one point. I move it all around until everyone seems to have gained something. Of course some places won't gain anything and just lose stuff, but those places will probably have been well off.

Once I think I've solved everyone's issues I then recreate the old nations with my added changes. They are states on my planet now. I somehow collect all of their nuclear weapons. War amongst states is banned, states can't leave either. Every week they send me new demands and I work things out. If after several years I'm seeing patterns (X state wants Y and Z state wants Y.) I'll get there people over to Iceland and tell them to cool it or I'll remove them from office and replace them with some of my people.

Speaking of Iceland, Iceland and it's entire population gets brain washed into becoming a race of people that totally worship me. Everyone's nuclear weapons get sent back to Iceland where they get disarmed. Until that happens they sit on some giant launch pads floating around Iceland and will be used on any country that declares war on any other country. (war is illegal now, it has to be enforced somehow.)

If all goes well all the nuclear weapons will be gone and the Icelandic people will be in total love with me. Icelanders are the ones that get all the global jobs. They inspect every country and make sure no one there is trying to start any wars. If there are other issues (like this country is being abused by others in trade or what not.) they will report it to me too. I'll handle it and make sure every state has equal oppurtunity for improvment. I chose Iceland for this because its a little island and historically neutral. Which makes it a perfect location for the head of my new world government. I also like cold weather a lot too.

I feel no world dictator plan is fit without some nutty idea, mine is Iceland, and to me it is necessary for it to work. I don't see one person's thinking about the world ever being applied successfully to the world. I could try and streamline the entire world into my dream civilization, but I would see a lot of rebellion and conflict. I say let people live how they want. I'll just make sure they do that without violence and have no reason to be violent. Part of the whole demand making system is that every country has access to all of the resources they need. There will be no reason for violence.

Overall my goal is peace on earth and to make it so every state has the freedom to improve its quality of life. The only state that gets iffy is Iceland, because it represents my global power on the world. I also get the best of everything, being supreme ruler and all I am above the average standard of living.

I would appoint reliable, respectable, popular vassals with a good understanding of my values, oblesse oblige (not droit de seigneur, executions for vassals with that idea) and embue these vassals to appoint their own assistants with the understanding that they are ultimately responsible for the actions of such. Then I would get hitched in a glorious state sponsored pagent for the entertainment of my people, and ahem, acheive issue. So those little heirs of mine could entertain the populace, and inherit my responsibilities after proving their commitment to the citizens, and lack of selfish egotism, to me. Plus some statues of me, public works you know.

Things I would do in chronological order if I was supreme dictator of the world:

1. Make a gigantic Spy Agency to spy secretly upon the public. Assassinate would-be over-throwers.

2. Invest ALOT of money in robotics and artificial intelligence. Instate Laws about AI (For example, "A robot is not allowed to have a political opinion, if it does for the purposes of science, it shall not be connected to any network wired or wireless, nor can it walk or have arms.)

3. Once robotics and AI are top knotch, have my top Spy dude executed and replace him with a robot (Because we all know liuetenents are the cause of the downfall of many dictators.) and with my spy registration system make identical robots to the human spies in both appearence and personality (except the possibility of them wanting more power by assassinating me) and have their robotic doubles assassinate their respective human dopple gangers. Also, the scientific crack squad who made the robots would be executed by their own creation. (Not only will it be deliciously ironic, but its secure for me!)

4. Have a crack squad of chemists create an addictive drug (with nasty withdrawal effects) with only one antidote and drain into the water supply and give me the antidote and have said spy-bot assassinate the chemists. Now, the entire population is entirely dependent on me to be alive. (Muhaha)

5. In matters of government, keep everything exactly the way it is now. Nations and governments intact and all. Though, all forms of 'unjust' descrimation (as defined by me in case by case basis) will be eliminated. Those who do not comply, well, the same fate happens to them as my former top spy. Black-Bagged...if you know what I mean. (Even if you don't!)

6. For the most part, my rule will be covert. Subtly altering the course of humanity to my bidding with key assinations and complete ecconomic downturns and prosperity throught the use of my spy agency. Robotic Illuminati type stuff.
