Interesting! How does someone in indonesia know an edmontonian? :) I'm not too familiar with strathcona high; i only know there's a new and old one, and one is really crappy.

I've only posted one poem, as I am a little hesitant of putting unpublished works on there. Though the chance is probably small, the idea of someone stealing my work disturbs me.

Further, virtually all reputable literary publications recognize any Internet publication as fulfilling a "first publication" of the piece--meaning most of them would then never accept your piece if you ever decided to submit it in the future.

It's possible to get away with removing the piece after digital self-publication, but if you have any hopes of seeing your work printed in professionally-edited / distributed publications it's best to avoid self-publication.

I have a page, but I don't update it as much as I would like (due to school and stuff). A lot of it is sci/fi or fantasy type stuff. In the past couple of years I have really gotten into learning tricks with Photoshop.

I noticed something about the DAs I went to from clicking in this thread. Most have simple art (detail but not tons of it) and photography (lovely angles too).
