Improvements on Classical Music

While listening to classical music, are you frequently bothered by some portion that you think could be improved upon? An example: I love Mars (To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 2 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.) by Gustav Holst, but there is this one part (at about 5:05) that bothers me every time I hear it. (It was too soon to switch to a major note.) More often I wish that a particularly good melody was not so brief, and that it was used more in a longer piece.

Sibelius is the composer who's always disappointed me that way. I'll hear a fragment of a melody that I like and then it doesn't get further developed or sometimes even used again.

Many people, myself included, find it frustrating that Tchaikovsky never uses the melody from the introduction of his first piano concerto anywhere else in the piece.

Cthulhu, I could see that criticism, but I have to admit, I find his violin concerto virtually perfect (though I may be biased, since it's about the only one I am still capable of playing :))

Bizet is another one who..."disappoints" isn't quite the right word. It's more along the lines of I wish the rest of his music was as good as Carmen.
