These are all pretty easy if you have a fairly good vocabulary and a knowledge of a latin-based language.

My best level was 40 on my first try. A couple of months ago I bought a book on root words to build my vocabulary. I'll play some more later and see if it helped.

Ah, this is fun!

Just came from there. My first try is 43/45; lots of educated guessing, and many words I was surprised to have learned from my INFJ husband who has a Shakespearian vocabulary. Can't wait to see what he scores.

best level 50 ... i think i donated about 1200+ grains of rice. i'll probably give it a go a second time when i feel more alert.

My highest level was 36. I got plently of lucky guesses though. I knew a ton of root words. I think my actual level without the guessing is probably 31 or 32. I'll keep playing and try to up my score.

Got to level 41. My previous level was 36 which I obtained based on my prior knowledge of root words, suffixes, etc. I didn't play the game since last sunday, and instead opted to actually study root words/sat words this whole week and see if I could improve my score.

I admit I guessed a few right. A friend of my partner showed this website, Its a good cause and educational. I've been using it to pass the time when I have a minute.

I've collected 11000 grains so far(I wrote all my scores to notepad).
I've also calculated how much 1000grains is. It's 11,76 grams, not much. It's better give a buck to the local beggar than to spend hours playing this. But we CAN collect a lot together. This site is a good idea.

btw, if you want to collect more, do this: Answer the first three questions wrong, and you will start from a really low level, and it's easier to collect more rice.
