To be honest, so far I'm not anticipating any films this year with the exception of "Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince" and "Star Trek".
I do anticipate the '09 Oscar season, however. I don't know what will be released during that time, but this year I will make sure to see those films.
Anyhow, what is your response?
To add to the nerdgasm involved in your two selections, I'll say that I'm moderately interested to see if the Wolverine movie will be any good, though I plan to read some reviews before seeing it.
Also, HBP (the plot of it, that is) =

Watchmen.
The Road.
I started researching just now. A Sherlock Holmes film staring Robert Downey Jr! Potential!

Watchmen, Star Trek, Terminator: Salvation, and Sherlock Holmes. There's probably a lot of other goodies that I won't find out about until they hit DVD because only mainstream films show where I am.
Inglourious Basterds looks fun!
And Coraline, which I might go see in a few hours after watching the preview...

I'll be seeing Watchmen at 12:01 AM on the 6th. I think that counts as anticipation.

From most promising to least (of summer movies):
Wolverine
Star Trek
Watchmen
Transformers 2
Terminator Salvation
I usually don't know much about the Oscar contenders until late in the year, since they tend to be small, independent releases. I have been waiting for The Lovely Bones for a while, though (mainly to find out what Peter Jackson is up to next), and I plan to see the Sherlock Holmes movie, though perhaps not on the big screen.

Uuggh...I HATE teasers. They get you all hot then leave you hanging.

Wolverine.
I didn't know about Transformers 2, but I'm sure to go see it.
Many of the superhero movies are bad IMO, but I'm a bit of a purist for the comic book storylines; so maybe I'm jaded. The whole Spiderman series really annoys the hell out of me.... point is.... I think Wolverine will be good anyway...

Often the teasers are better than the full-length trailers.

Ironman2 tho; simply it's good reference for what I study at school.
the Time Traveller's Wife - contrived, ok I know, but sometimes I need at outlet for me to cry, lah.

I think The Warriors remake is due for this year. I know it's not the most intellectually stimulating idea of a movie, but I'll watch it for what it is.

Public Enemies
Inglorious Bastards
Ashecliffe

I'll start anticipating films when Hollywood starts competing with the films I can TiVo on and off in my head.
