correct resize?

Hi,

I'm having issues resizing my avatar to the exact dimensions. I'm using photo bucket but it only seems to have pre-arranged dimension resizing options. Any help would be appreciated.

This was the best I could do since I had to crop out the words to conform with the avatar rules. Someone with mad photoshop skillz could probably remove the words and give you a version without cropping it.

I was bored, so found a version of the image without the text, and managed to make one that preserves the aspect ratio. No offense meant to Synamon, who did the best that could be done with the picture given.
