My avatar will not load . . . >:(

I worked on my avatar very hard to make it exactly 115 by 145. It was very tricky with the primitive software I am forced to use. Now that I have made it exactly 115 by 145 it still will not load. Why? All of sudden this is the only thing I care about on earth.
