There isn't one. For some reason, one was 33kb and one was 2kb on my computer.

I know they don't look different, I mean what's different that takes up all that space? Is that all metadata and whatnot?

No idea. If I'd known why, I would have been able to fix it myself.

When you save images for web compression, it isolates only the specific colours it needs to reproduce the image on a computer monitor. As well, it uses algorithms to determine where colour and values should be placed mathematically, as opposed to an uncompressed image which assigns an 8bit colour profile to every single pixel in that image.
