He posted a link to photo, then another guy did it for him. I'm sure someone will help you, pretty easy.

you can use photoshop if you have it, otherwise I use IrfanView which can be downloaded for free from download.com

A number of different tools to get it done, if you want to do it yourself.

I think google has some ... might want to check their google pack.

Well, the least I can do is offer a resize. I cut off the top of the glave to get a closer image of the face and body. I played with the background as I found the white a bit overbearing for the image.
