Suggestion: User CP

I use the User CP option quite a lot. If however, I click on a new post, it always takes me to the first page of that thread. Of course, I can click directly on the last page, but it would be more practical if the primary link sends me to first new post.

Try this:
User CP > Edit Options > Thread Display Options > Thread Display Mode .. set it to Linear - Newest First

Thanks for the suggestion goatmeal. I tried it briefly, it kinda felt like reaing a news paper backwards :)
Actually I like the order as it is and wouldn't want to change it because of that.The User CP thing is really just a minor inconvenience.

I've changed the thread display mode at maybe one or two other forums before. It can take awhile to get used to.

Can you click on this? it is supposed to bring you to the newest post of the thread.

When you say 'User CP option' are you referring to the vBulletin-based subscriptions?

Added: Come to think of it, its not precisely what I meant, but its definitely a useful option for me.
