Of all the videos I've seen on the net, this is my favorite.

Watch the faces of the judges as this guy walks on stage. They pre-judge him and don't expect to see anything special. Then, watch the change in them as he begins to sing.

He is a cell phone salesman.

He went on to win the competition, and people are calling him the humble tenor. Many are claiming he is better than Pavoratti (sp?).

Sure is, actually there are great voices out there, who have not put themselves out there because they don't want to get hit with heavy critisms.

Nessun dorma and ave maria are beautiful songs. Nessun dorma is the most beautiful song in any language that I'm aware of.

Did anyone else notice that they played a crappy Aerosmith song in the background right after he sung his song? To tug at the audience's emotions, I'm sure, but it didn't fit with the situation lyrically at all. Wtf... how insulting!
