Driven Planner as well...
Reading the description however, I feel that it rather correlated with being an INTJ as least with the personalitypage.com description.
However, I would like to read the other ones as well before I can conclude anything

It was interesting to read, but I think that the Right Brain Abstract description describes me more. And I am right brained, after all. ^^

Entrepreneur - rare balance between left and right; both right-brain abstract (synthetic) and left brain-concrete (conclusive) for primary as well as RBC (interactive) and LBA (analytic) for secondary: "Entrepreneur! That's the word that best represents your style. You are an equal combination of aware thought and realistic action. In other words, you'll see something unusual, think about it, organize your thoughts around it into a realistic goal and then, immediately act on it. Sometimes you're successful and sometimes you're not. That's what makes your life exciting.
Here's what's different about what you do compared to other people. You're an applied risk taker! You are not afraid to take action on your awareness.
Another process of yours that is different from others is that you'll incubate your thoughts for a long time and then, out of nowhere, want to apply them directly. The benefit is that your thoughts are original and when applied correctly, they can be very successful. The problem is that others around you have not been clued into your thoughts until you're ready to run with them. They have not been prepared to assist you. This dichotomy between thought and action can sometimes create confusion among those around you (Thinking Before Acting)."
I do not know; I just chose the best out of the two choices in the test, yet both choices accurately "described" me every time. Superhormone (perfect example): mix between imaginary and science, i.e. right and left side of brain. That's just me I guess.

When I read the the Driven Planner's description, at the beginning I thought that could be equal to an ISTJ. But as I went on and read about their thirst for knowledge I started to hope that it could be still INTJ. Anyone, who read that description, what do you think?

Communication Style
The Logical Thinker
If there is such a thing as a purely rational person, youre it. Everything you think about and do needs to be analyzed and systematized logically. You live by deduction. First A, then B, next C
Everything is categorized into its place and function. Next, its checked to see if its factual and can be proven scientifically. Then, and only then, will you deliberately proceed any further.
Checks and Balances
Yes, yours is a life of checks and balances to the smallest decimal place. No detail is overlooked. You only take precise steps that are planned out well in advance. Thinking and logic are supreme. Knowledge is the foundation. Everything is a chess match at the Masters level!
Youre not a risk taker. It doesnt mean that youre not adventurous. It means that before you take the first step every possible move and option that can be controlled has been thought through thoroughly. You only like to deal with probabilities in your favor at 99.44 percent. Joy for you is minimizing luck.
The Ultimate Planner
You are admired by many because of your thinking skills and the way you skillfully design your life and the steps in the lives of others. Youre the ultimate planner. Your opinions are treasured and trusted. Most people know that before you do anything or advise others about anything, you have reached broadly and delved deeply into the history and facts. Everyone realizes that you are conscientious and respectful of doing the right thing in the right way.
How You Learn
You are a lifelong learner. Everything is absorbed like a blotter by your lock-step memory. Then it is carefully processed and contextually stored with other pertinent information. When the need arises, you retrieve and reprocess the information for appropriate applications. Rarely does your memory or logical use of stored information fail.
How You Interact with Others
Youre basically an introverted and low-key person who likes everything to be orderly and impersonal. Reserved, proper and calm are words that are often used to describe you. You usually dont like to interact verbally or personally with other people. You are independent and can be a loner very easily. Sometimes, your best friend is your computer and its Internet access.
However, if you don't invest some energy and emotions into communication and relationships, youll be seen as boring, stiff and nerdy. Relating to others is almost always done in an intellectual manner. However, this raises a paradoxical dilemma for you because youre human and innately should be relating to others emotionally and socially, as well as intellectually.
In a group setting youre usually very quiet and rarely volunteer to speak unless you have something very pertinent to say. Even then, you are reticent at best. However, if someone you respect directly asks you for your opinion, youll answer if you deem the subject in question worthy of your attention. Then, and only then, will you respond in a thorough manner. If you are pushed to explain even more, youll use historical and logical explanations, including answering all of the possible questions as to why your responses are correct. Thus, youll not leave any rational leaf unturned and immediately youll halt the possibility that someone else may question you again about this subject area.
Given the right opportunity to debate someone of equal or greater intellectual stature, youll jump at this fortuitous occasion. Youll enter this competition because you know that, win, lose or draw, youll learn more than if you abstain. Youre not afraid of losing face; after all, its an opportunity to learn and achieve at a higher level. Youre not worried about the cost of learning.
How You Judge Others
Sometimes, particularly when youre younger, you can be quite critical of others and haughty in your responses. In fact, as people speak, you are editing what theyre saying and judging their intellectual capacity. At some point in your life, youll recognize that you are much brighter and more knowledgeably prepared than most people. Thus, you have two choices as to how you are to respond: arrogantly critical or respectfully positive. Hopefully, youve had enough experiences in life to respond in the latter manner so that people will not be intimidated and discontinue relating to you.
The Final Analysis
Overall, your intellectual insights, planning and meticulous behavior are seen by others as a great asset to the team and the organization. People depend on your articulate advice and logical thinking. Just be patient with them in the beginning and let them know what you think in a positive manner.
Communication Tips
People who have a predominantly Right-brain Concrete thinking style thrive on interacting with people and being the center of attention. They inspire others with their charm and warm personality. They can read other people very easily and use their intuitive skills to adapt effortlessly to changing situations. They are excellent at exciting and persuading others to follow their suggestions. They often speak without spending too much time thinking about what to say.
When communicating with a Right-brain Concrete person, you are likely to experience the following characteristics: <LI class=bbullet>Typically, you are not comfortable with their sometimes overly exuberant chitchat or storytelling. <LI class=bbullet>As much as you think before you speak, they think by speaking. You usually don't like to interact verbally or personally with other people, but if the topic of conversation interests you, you'll listen and quietly process the information. <LI class=bbullet>They are excellent at exciting and persuading others to follow their suggestions. At times, however, you might find their ebullience to be overpowering or annoying and will avoid interacting with them. <LI class=bbullet>Like therapists, they can sometimes encourage you to open up and confide with them about personal problems or concerns you have. You're usually okay with this, as long as they don't pry too deeply or push their solutions too strongly. <LI class=bbullet>Even if they don't take logic or factual data into account, they may come up with innovative or imaginative ideas that are worthy of your consideration.
They can sometimes seem manipulative in getting their way. As you analyze their intentions, however, you won't easily allow yourself to be swayed in a direction that you know is not right for you.
People who have a predominantly Left-brain Concrete thinking style are action-oriented and thrive on challenge. As movers of people and organizations, they enforce rules, focus on goals, meet deadlines, and demand immediate action. They typically avoid getting bogged down in details and want to go directly to the bottom line. They prefer short and easy action-items or conclusions. They are decisive people who want to get things done quickly and efficiently.
When communicating with a Left-brain Concrete person, you are likely to experience the following characteristics: <LI class=bbullet>Your comfort with following rules and focusing on goals meshes well with their insistence on enforcing rules and driving all actions to achieving goals. <LI class=bbullet>Because of your introverted nature, you might find their style at times overbearing or in some cases, even intimidating. As a result, you're likely to interact with them only as much as absolutely necessary. <LI class=bbullet>When it comes to solving problems, they view feelings or abstract concepts as intrusions that prevent them from reaching a firm conclusion. Typically this would not be an obstacle for you as you rely primarily on logic and rarely on feelings to help arrive at conclusions. <LI class=bbullet>At times you may feel driven to provide a detailed analysis of a situation and will be frustrated at their impatience or reluctance to listen to your ideas.
In general, you should get along with each other fairly easily, as you both tend toward "left-brain" functions. Your quest for logical choices blends well with their concrete pragmatism and common sense.
People who have a predominantly Right-brain Abstract thinking style tend to be visionary thinkers who look at the big picture and try to understand how things relate to each other. They are creative people who consider many options and abstract concepts when absorbing or presenting information and when making decisions. They tend to think before they speak.
When communicating with a Right-brain Abstract person, you are likely to experience the following characteristics: <LI class=bbullet>You may find their visions lacking the historical perspective or logical analysis that you require to make it acceptable. Nevertheless, they are usually open to benefiting from your knowledge and experience. <LI class=bbullet>They value creative, inspirational options and can usually provide interesting alternatives that would be worth your while to consider. At times, however, you might become irritated with their tendency to go off on tangents when youղe trying to focus on a particular issue of concern. <LI class=bbullet>Remember to be patient with their quiet, reflective nature; they may be thinking of other options that are more suitable for you or for themselves.
When the need to accomplish something arises, you can become impatient or frustrated with their tendency to procrastinate.
When communicating with another Left-brain Abstract person, you are likely to experience the following characteristics: <LI class=bbullet>Like you, they thrive on careful analysis of all pertinent factors before reaching any conclusions. While they share your passion for logical and systematic analysis, you may find yourself disagreeing with their conclusions if you find any flaws in their facts or hypotheses. Because your own analysis may differ from theirs, you are likely to view that difference as a challenge that can stimulate a lively debate. <LI class=bbullet>Like you, they usually don't like to interact verbally or personally with other people. If you invest some energy into communication, you are bound to reap the benefits of the other person's knowledge and unique thought processes. <LI class=bbullet>In situations where you must collaborate on a project, you may need to extract yourselves from excessive preoccupation with the analysis phase and focus on the execution phase. <LI class=bbullet>Remember that since they prefer to listen rather than talk, they're absorbing and processing information that they may use to render an opinion. It would benefit you to be open-minded enough to consider a difference of opinion if offered.
They can be a valuable source of background or historical information that can be used to enhance your own analysis of a situation or problem.
Stresses
Using the Interactor style can create stress for you. Yes, you can use it for short periods of time as a learning or production tool. But, the longer you use it, the more stressed you become. Your energy-focus, which accesses this particular process, may be blocked sometimes. It's as if you have a blind spot in this part of your repertoire. You just don't like to have to use it as a primary tool. The following is what may create stress for you if used for more than short time periods:
Using personal, interactive dialogue as a primary tool
Wanting people to always be expressive, personal and humorous
Enjoying being charismatic and craving the center of attention
Needing to always be creative, innovative and humorous with others
Using dynamic and multi-sensory methods (touch, etc.) when relating to others

I'm the Visionary: "You are the ultimate universal, holistic thinker."
"You're the ultimate universal, holistic thinker! Yes, you're a visionary. Everything, including the smallest detail, needs to be synthesized into a framework that answers the question, "How?" Before you begin any project or task, you need to see the big picture. Not one step can be taken until you know how that one step fits into the whole."
Yeah, that sounds about right.

Analytical Visionary for me.
Left-brain, right-brain abstract as primary, left-brain concrete as secondary, right-brain concrete as "avoid."
I guess I really do have to work on communication skills....
I think the results can change dramatically, depending on which word pairs you get...if two out of four words describe you but in a different choice, you have to choose between the two, no matter how little the other two words describe you. I guess that's the limitation of this test, despite its satisfactory accuracy.
I think most INTJs will score either as planner because of J, and visionary because of NT; analytical for T. Creativity is definitely the field of N, and Driven because of INTJ's strong sense of vision (perhaps due to its strong Ni).
The Right-Brain Concrete part really depends on how much you developed extraverted Thinking to Extravert. My results implies I need to develop more Te, if that's my auxiliary function.

This is soooo cool im literally the other half of your brains!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm the visionary motivator and my primary modes are Right-Brain Abstract (Synthetic):
Think in terms of large, global concepts and ideas and Right-Brain Concrete (Interactive): Think in terms of conversation.
Communication Style
The Ultimate People Person
It is most essential that you recognize that you are a charismatic leader who loves to achieve at the highest level. Your creativity is getting other people to do what you want or envision. You are a realistic "Pied Piper" that everyone follows.
If you are on a team or doing a project, you are the spontaneous motivator and communication leader. Everyone knows and recognizes your energetic and enthusiastic direction. Your networking with others reaches far and wide. You are the ultimate politician.
Your manner is always extremely positive and confident. When everyone else is feeling discouraged, you provide an individual and group spark that rekindles inspiration and rejuvenates excitement to continue forward. Your threshold for positive leadership is extremely high. In fact, the worse the situation, the more you thrive on it. You're like a cat with nine lives.
Above all else, you love to interact with people. It doesn't matter how many people there are or at what level you're communicating, you do it effortlessly. Conversation has been extremely natural to you your whole life. If you're isolated from people for a long period of time, your energy's focus seems to become depressed.
Optional Thinking
The time when your energy's focus doesn't become depressed in isolation is when you are positively engaged in creative, optional and strategic thinking. It's here that your intuitive and analogical thinking process combines with some factual and logical thoughts to give you a new, holistic perspective on what you're doing or planning to do. When you share these conclusions with others, they usually are amazed at how you developed these dynamic missions and/or strategies. When you are presenting or explaining something that has been developed, your presence makes each person feel that you are personally addressing his/her individual needs.
Interacting with People
Yes, contact with others is more important than breathing for you. You can't live without it. When you walk down a corridor or a street, you're always greeting or stopping to talk to someone. People just love to talk with you about anything. That's because the positive energy that you give off during conversations develops an instant bond with everyone.
You have a wonderful sense of humor. When people are with you, they smile and laugh a lot. Whether it's telling a joke you heard before or sharing a spontaneous ad lib, you're naturally funny and entertaining. Your humor and ways of communicating are constantly creating situations that relax and motivate other people.
Even if you're not knowledgeable about a subject area under discussion, you come across as smooth and intelligent. It doesn't matter what conversations others are having or what topics they're discussing, you can join in without missing a beat. That's because you intuitively know people and what turns them on.
Your Learning Style
Conversations and dialogues provide you with the opportunity to learn best. It's during this repartee that you're able to ask any type of question: logical, analogical or just odd ones to serve your curiosity. One of the best ways for you to learn and to be motivated is to belong to a study group, particularly one that has members who are focused on the objectives and deadlines. The process of studying with these groups can provide you with the focus and needed detail to study and learn effectively.
Getting the Job Done
You usually don't like doing the details or grunt work yourself. In fact, you'll try to get others to do it for you. But, when that ploy doesn't work and you have to do it alone to meet a deadline, you'll concentrate, focus and finish what needs to be done. But, that's only after you've procrastinated until the last-minute. Then, when the tasks or project are completed, you'll want to celebrate this successful achievement with others!
You don't like to focus on details or facts without being shown the complete picture. A boring and stiff supervisor or teacher creates motivational problems for you. However, if straight facts and dry details are embellished by a boss's or a teacher's personal anecdotes or jokes, then these associations trigger your memory and motivation to work. Just memorizing or doing something, particularly if it doesn't have any meaning or pragmatic application for you, means that you have to concentrate and focus over a longer period of time than you usually like to do. But, again, at the last minute, you can do it.
Along with that, you are an extremely active person, moving quickly from one person to another, one group of people to another or from one task to another. You must always be moving, motivating and/or talking. That is why your favorite way of achieving things is through direct dialogue. You innately organize others and when push comes to shove, you can keep them focused and working by relating to them in many different positive ways.
The Bottom Line
Just remember, when the opportunity presents itself and it usually does, you are number one, not just in your eyes, but in the eyes of others. Also, remember what gets you there - your positive, open and creative communication style that makes everyone an important participant in your presence.
Communication Tips
People who have a predominantly Left-brain Abstract thinking style thrive on careful analysis of all pertinent factors before making any decisions. Their style is naturally systematic and detail-oriented, characterized by the pursuit of logic, predictability and discipline. They may appear distant and aloof at times, as they prefer to listen rather than talk. They tend to stick to the rules and stay within the confines of their orderly world.
When communicating with a Left-brain Abstract person, you are likely to experience the following characteristics:
• If you are able to engage them in conversation, don't be surprised when they provide more details than you might care for.
• Because of their introverted nature, they usually don't like to interact verbally or personally with other people. When they do, you might find their passion for logical and systematic analysis to be ponderous or overly pedantic, but try to keep an open mind, as their conclusions could be beneficial to you.
• In situations where you must collaborate on a project, their tendency to stick to the rules and take things seriously will help keep you focused on the task, even though you may feel constrained from your natural tendency to socialize.
• They may appear distant and aloof at times, as they prefer to listen than talk. Don't take this personally or assume they're arrogant. Remember that they're absorbing and processing information that they may use to render an opinion.
• They can be a valuable source of background or historical information, which you usually overlook. Allow them to take center stage for a change while you benefit from their knowledge and experience.
When communicating with a Left-brain Concrete person, you are likely to experience the following characteristics:
• You both tend to deal in the concrete here and now, but their emphasis is on actions and results, while yours is on people and interpersonal communication. This difference can lead to a clash in how you accomplish your goals.
• You might find their communication style overbearing or even intimidating at times. Nevertheless, you can sometimes get them to shift gears to a more amiable, relaxed style that suits you both well.
• When it comes to solving problems, they view feelings or abstract concepts as intrusions that prevent them from reaching a firm conclusion. Maintain your upbeat attitude, and your feelings won't distract them or become an issue.
• They don't usually like to engage in small talk or use metaphors. They prefer to get right to the point. Watch for clues that they want to keep things brief.
• At times you may feel they are pushing too hard to get you to make a decision. Despite your preference for spontaneity, you might benefit from their decisive nature. Listen to their suggestions with an open mind.
People who have a predominantly Right-brain Abstract thinking style tend to be visionary thinkers who look at the big picture and try to understand how things relate to each other. They are creative people who consider many options and abstract concepts when absorbing or presenting information and when making decisions. They tend to think before they speak.
When communicating with a Left-brain Concrete person, you are likely to experience the following characteristics:
• Typically, you can relate comfortably with their communication style, even though they may not be as naturally sociable as you are.
• They value creative, inspirational options and can usually provide interesting alternatives that would be worth your while to consider. At times, however, you might find their tendency to go off on tangents somewhat disorienting.
• With the tendency they have to procrastinate while they explore their options, you will need to focus your energies on taking action when you must collaborate on a project or make a decision.
• You are both open-minded and feelings-oriented. If you give them a chance to open up and share their ideas, you are likely to create an atmosphere based on trust and good rapport.
• Remember to be patient with their quiet, reflective nature; they may be thinking of other options that are more suitable for you or for themselves. Ultimately, they need to feel comfortable with how their decisions fit into their world.
When communicating with another Right-brain Concrete person, you are likely to experience the following characteristics:
• You both thrive on interacting with people and being the center of attention. This may sometimes result in a bit of competition to be on center stage.
• They can read other people very easily and use their intuitive skills to adapt effortlessly to changing situations. Like you, they are excellent at exciting and persuading others to follow their suggestions.
• They can often encourage you to confide with them about personal problems or concerns you have. You're usually okay with this, as long as they aren't overly judgmental or critical.
• They may come up with innovative or imaginative ideas that are worthy of your consideration. Their goal is to continually gain recognition and enhance their own image. Along the way, they can help you achieve the same results.
• Since you both like to exchange ideas, the interaction can be both personally rewarding and productive.
• They can sometimes seem manipulative in getting their way. While you might find their personal charm and charisma irresistible, don't allow yourself to be swayed in a direction that you know is not right for you.
Stresses
Using the Concluder style of learning can create stress for you.
• Always trying to be in control of or in charge of everything and everyone
• Insisting on asking the question, "What is the objective of doing this?" and immediately taking action to accomplish it
• Making sure everything you attempt is based on concrete, realistic and linear steps
• Being concise about everything you think, learn or do ("less is more")
• Demanding that efficiency be a constant motivator and goal
• Being the highest achiever and one of the most successful people at all costs

Visionary -
Thinking and processing! That's what you love to do the most. Ideas and options are what you're always creating. Once something seems concrete, structured and complete, you have a way of coming up with a creative option that changes the whole and leads to a better building process.
Most of the time you are very uncanny about seeing and understanding the big picture. Yes, you're a holistic thinker that is always asking the question "How?" Everything, including the smallest detail, needs to be woven into a framework to answer your questions of "How?" Not one step can be taken until you know how that one step fits into the whole. These are some of the many reasons why people refer to you as a visionary.

I'm not sure if I like this test. I took it and I got visionary and right brain abstract. So I retook the test, got different questions (answered honestly) and got completely different answers: left brain abstract and concrete. *Sigh* oh well.

Myeah... only 18 dual-choice questions where these things happen a lot:
Fitting descriptions being 1/2 vs 1/2, 2/2 vs 2/2 (rare, I guess), and 0/2 vs 0/2 as well as 1/2 vs 0/2 while the other word in the 1/2 pairing is something that is definitely untrue in one's case.

Analytical Visionary.
You love to think, logically and creatively. You are most productive at work when you are solving problems by analyzing specific situations or by creating multiple options. You're adept at strategic planning at the highest levels.

How You Interact with Others
You're basically an introverted and low-key person who likes everything to be orderly and impersonal. Reserved, proper and calm are words that are often used to describe you. You usually don't like to interact verbally or personally with other people. You are independent and can be a loner very easily. Sometimes, your best friend is your computer and its Internet access.
In a group setting you're mostly very quiet and hardly volunteer to speak out unless you have something very pertinent to say. Even then, you are reticent at best. However, if someone you respect directly asks you for your opinion, you'll answer if you deem the subject in question worthy of your attention. Then, and only then, will you respond to that in a thorough manner. If you are pushed to explain even more, you'll use historical and logical explanations, including answering all of the possible questions as to why your responses are correct. Thus, you'll not leave any rational leaf unturned, and immediately you'll halt the possibility that someone else may question you again about this subject area.
That is wow ... but I won't dispute it ;D

I'm not sure if I like this test. I took it and I got visionary and right brain abstract. I hit the back button on the browser to go back to the page so I could copy/paste it, and the info was x'd out. So I retook the test, got different questions (answered honestly) and got completely different answers: left brain abstract and concrete. *Sigh* oh well.
Oh yes, you have a good point. As I pointed out before, it really depends on what pair of words you get, and the limitation is, if the second word doesn't describe you well, you have to choose it....

Left-Brain Concrete (Conclusive):

Right-Brain Abstract (Synthetic):

High Achiever
You are the consummate, high achieving person who relishes being the most knowledgeable authority in any endeavor. Finishing as number one gives you the control over your destiny that you love to have. That's because you are an independent, solitary achiever who knows what you want and where you want to go most of the time. You do interact intellectually with other people and employees, particularly if it's about detailed planning and activation of that plan. Sometimes, your computer can become one of your most reliable partners for learning, working and, once in a great while, having fun.
You are a visionary who is a logical, pragmatic thinker and planner. You always need three questions answered:
1. "What's the objective or task?"
2. "Why is something happening?"
3. "How does something work?"
Thinking Systematically
Whatever you are thinking about has to meet the rational/idealistic criteria of analysis, precision and whole systems. Its futuristic direction has to have a historical and factual basis. If it does not meet all of these, you are first skeptical and then, rigidly non-accepting if you can't create a systematic understanding of the answers. In fact, you can be the ultimate skeptic who won't be moved to any action without all your ducks in a row.
Setting Realistic Goals
However, overall, you can be a pragmatic realist who can get people to do what you want. It's during these moments that you can interact verbally with some associates to let them know what needs to be accomplished, how to proceed and why it is necessary to do it now. To make your directives clear so that everyone together meets or exceeds the total goal successfully, you will have a detailed plan with out-of-the-box alternatives set up for each person to accomplish each necessary task.

I took it again and got entrepreneur rare balance between left and right brain. while I don't disagree wtih either of these assessments it clearly signifies that this test merely uses forer effect... I call bunk on it.
Communication Style
Thinking Before Acting
Entrepreneur!
This dichotomy between thought and action can sometimes create confusion among those around you.
Combining Intuition and Logic
Your thinking process is a combination of intuition and concrete, applied logic. Yes, you can think and even express yourself theoretically and strategically. But when push comes to shove, you'll want to take these ideas and develop them into active, participatory thoughts that can lead to specific actions.
Two questions are very important to you: "What's the goal or objective?" and "How does it work?" One is the end point and the other is the process in successfully reaching the end point. When you're getting ready to apply your thoughts, you're simultaneously asking and answering these two questions.
Shifting Priorities
When it comes to time, there is a constant shift within you from future thoughts to present actions. You're always thinking about changing possibilities and probabilities, yet wanting to stay on your path toward present day goals and objectives. This dichotomy within you creates a charged energy that, if channeled correctly, will give you and others around you positive results. However, successfully handling this dichotomy depends upon your learning from previous life experiences.
You vacillate from procrastinating to finishing something to wanting to get it done ahead of time. The compromise is that you usually finish what you start out to accomplish on time. That's why it's important for you to set deadlines for yourself and your projects.
Idealism vs. Realism
Another contrast that you live with is that you're predominantly a thinking idealist and an action-oriented realist. Thus, when you have to apply some of your ideas, they create an internal and external frustration with reality. However, with enough experiences, you've learned how to pragmatically weave your way through this. And, in the end, you achieve at a high-level.
Sometimes, in your action mode, your communications can be perceived as very immediate, blunt, and even threatening. Other times, when you're relaxed and just sharing some thoughts about things, your communications are perceived as interesting, casual and extremely enjoyable. That's why it's important for you to be aware of your internal motivational shifts and how they affect your communications.
The Bottom Line
Just remember, that even with all of the above dichotomies and contrasts, your life has been exciting and successful overall. Tomorrow will bring new awareness, different ideas and some more applied adventures. That's the way you like it.

The Ultimate Planner
You are admired by many because of your thinking skills and the way you skillfully design your life and the steps in the lives of others. You're an excellent planner. Your opinions are treasured and trusted. Most people know that before you do anything or advise others about anything, you've reached broadly and delved deeply into the history and facts. Everyone realizes that you are conscientious and respectful of doing the right thing in the right way.
Checks and Balances
Yes, yours is a life of checks and balances to the smallest decimal place. No detail is overlooked. You only take precise steps that are planned out well in advance. Thinking and logic are supreme. Knowledge is the foundation. Everything is a chess match at the Masters level!
Usually you're not a risk taker. It doesn't mean that you're not adventurous. It means that before you take the first step, every possible move and option that can be controlled has been thought through thoroughly. You only like to deal with probabilities in your favor at 99.44 percent. Joy for you is minimizing luck.
How You Learn
You are a lifelong learner. Everything is absorbed like a blotter by your lock-step memory. Then, it is carefully processed and contextually stored with other pertinent information. When the need arises, you retrieve and reprocess the information for appropriate applications. Rarely does your memory or logical use of stored information fail you or others.
Exploring Other Options
Every once in a while, your awareness and thinking processes change. It usually depends upon the situation presented to you. Your thought process shifts from its logical, analytic and detailed state towards a combination of optional thinking, creativity and synthetic wholes. Here, paradoxes are accepted and enjoyed instead of being scientifically rejected; chaos is the basis for reality. Emotional and rational thought are intertwined to solve problems and to strategically plan.
Shifting Interactions
Also, you're able to relate to people on a personal basis rather than an impersonal, factual basis. Now you can explore yourself and others on deeper and broader levels. Your conversations become more fluid, heartfelt and exploratory. You are able to accept inconsistencies of another's thoughts and feelings. When you're in this place, people search you out to discover more about themselves or their deep-seated problems. You seem so much more aware of what is happening rather than what should be happening.
Those who know you over a long period of time welcome these shifts. They accept and anticipate these changes as positive behavioral outcomes. Others, who know you formally, are initially perplexed when this happens. They may seem uncomfortable because your extremely consistent, rational behavior has been transformed into high-risk ideas. What they have expected is not consistent with what has happened previously.
The Final Analysis
Overall, your intellectual abilities, meticulous plans and shifting insights are seen by others as a great asset to their team and their organization. People depend on your articulate advice, logical-optional thinking and calmness in the face of problems. However, don't be negative or impatient when they present their rational shortcomings. Just be patient with them in the beginning and let them know what you are thinking in a positive manner.
4 times I took the test and banged this out every time. I am meticulous, damn.

I obtained left-brain abstract (analytic) + right-brain abstract (synthetic). I took the test twice and I obtained full synthetic first.
I think that
F = right-brain concrete (interactive)
N = right-brain abstract (synthetic)
T = left-brain abstract (analytic)
S = left-brain concrete (conclusive),
but I'm not sure about it.
You are an Analytical Visionary. You know how to mix the "how" and the "why."
Understanding the Big Picture
Thinking and processing! That's what you love to do the most. Ideas and options are what you're always creating. Once something seems concrete, structured and complete, you have a way of coming up with a creative option that changes the whole and leads to a better building process.
Most of the time you are very uncanny about seeing and understanding the big picture. Yes, you're a holistic thinker that is always asking the question "How?" Everything, including the smallest detail, needs to be woven into a framework to answer your question of "How?" Not one step can be taken until you know how that step fits into the whole. These are some of many reasons why people refer to you as a visionary.
How You Think
Your thinking process is mostly intuitive and analogic. However, you do use facts and logic to back up your intuitive thought processing. When you weave these processes together, you're constantly challenging logical and scientific thought. You seem to stretch the facts to create a new theory or develop a synthetic way of tying different theories together. This optional way of thinking energizes your thought processes while at the same time focuses your energy on the facts in specific, yet different, ways.
Dynamic Creativity
Change, particularly in ideas, is never-ending for you. What you're enthusiastic about today may not be the focus of your energy in a week, a month or year. People that know you see a dynamic stream of consciousness which, given the right amount of time and people support, develops idealistic and artistic themes into living and creative realities. It makes no difference whether they are software programs, pieces of art, strategies for corporations or new, holistic developments for organic gardening.
There is no timeline or deadline for your accomplishments. They are never-ending because you will go back and transform them if they evolve into a different whole within you. That is why in school or at work you procrastinate until the last moment to finish a paper, an assignment or a project. If you do the work early, you'll have to go back and change it completely because you'll see it in a different contextual whole at the time when it is due. So, why redo it?
Shifting to Logical Thinking
Sometimes, you'll leave these creative and optional way of thinking to become extremely logical, rational and serial in your thought patterns and work. During this time, you'll be very analytical, and you will develop critical thoughts and strategies. You'll insist that ideas have factual, underlying assumptions before they can be made into strategies.
You'll be capable of critiquing and changing your own creative theories and plans. Persons that are participating in this change with you will be taken aback by your honest and thorough examinations, your attention to analytic detail and your sudden need to meet timelines punctually.
Every so often, paradoxical thoughts attract you. Most people avoid them. You seem curious and comfortable with them. That's because, once again, your need for creative and optional thinking doesn't have to be tied consistently together with logic and factual data.
Exploring Options
You're attracted to the unknown more than the known. You're drawn to what's unusual about something rather than what is typical about it. If it's strange or way out there, you'll want to know and read about it. You may take an idea from this and apply it in some practical way.
As a scientist or scholar, you have a bent towards the artistic side. What other people see as facts, you may see as shades of facts or possibilities of different facts. It's the development and the creation of new ideas and new ways of looking at something that excites you. That's because your world is the world of possibilities and visions.
Thinking of the Future
You're always thinking about the future and you have an unusual awareness as to what may happen. What you forecast is not always logical and sometimes makes many people uncomfortable. But, if they've known you long enough, they use the awareness to be better prepared for upcoming situations or events.
People want you to share your thoughts with them. That's because your ideas and expressions usually give a different slant to a topic. Many times others look to you for your awareness or guidance about something.
How You Communicate with Others
You're an excellent communicator with individuals and small groups of three, no more than four people. You listen attentively to what people say, how they say it and what feelings are generated. When you give feedback, it is usually very sensitive and leads to further communication. You have an unusual awareness for what is happening to the person and others that are participating. It's almost like a sixth sense. Sometimes, people distance themselves from you because of this sensitivity and your feedback.
Almost the same thing happens when you enter a room with people conversing. Without trying, you can sense the themes of the discussions and the feelings being expressed. As you join a group, people are drawn to you and have a need to express their thoughts and feelings in your presence. You seem to be a natural facilitator for communication on all levels.
You as a career seeker
You love thinking about the world around you and are often able to find both creative and practical ideas that lead to a better process. You have a talent for understanding the big picture along with the factual details. You thrive on exchanging ideas with others in an effort to explore the best ways to accomplish your goals. You function best when you can follow your own rules and timetable. As a result, you're not likely to fit comfortably in a career that is bound by rules or a strict hierarchical organization. You prefer the freedom to exercise your creative and intuitive visions, both for your own satisfaction and to meet the goals of the company. Suitable jobs for you would be those with creative, open-ended possibilities, such as architecture, teaching, journalism, and product development. Ultimately, you seek an emotionally and intellectually meaningful career as you are not driven primarily by financial motives.
Your communication style in the workplace
You communicate well with individuals and small groups, often using abstract metaphors or analogies to convey your ideas. When the need calls for it, you can communicate in concrete terms, focusing on technical or historical details. You tend to think before you speak and are often able to back up your opinions with rational arguments and facts. Though often quiet and reserved, you are caring and sympathetic towards others and try to maintain a harmonious relationship with your colleagues. Your creative and logical abilities will often help you find optional solutions to potential conflicts that others might not think of. You listen attentively and patiently when others speak, showing a deep understanding of their needs, feelings, and motivations when you provide feedback.
Your strengths in the workplace
As a person who thinks in patterns and understands how things relate to each other, you are able to bring a sense of vision and innovation to the workplace or your own business. You have a way of coming up with creative options that often lead to a better process. You think more about long-term strategies rather than short-term tactics, and you'll consider alternative solutions to problems in the workplace. Your colleagues look up to you for your awareness of what's going on and your ability to provide practical guidance when needed. They know you can apply your analytical thought processes to find the most logical plan of action or the best strategy to follow. Even though you tend to create your own rules, you accept and follow the agreed-upon rules of the corporate culture.
What to be careful of in the workplace
Your natural inclination is to think before you act so you may have a hard time taking immediate action when needed. Sometimes you delay making decisions as you like to consider the merits of several options before deciding. Try not to let your feelings cloud the issues. For the sake of efficiency, go for the most logical solution and save your creativity for a less time-critical situation. Likewise, focusing too much on the details or looking for the perfect solution can also be counter-productive at times.
Communication Tips
People who have a predominantly Left-brain Abstractthinking style thrive on careful analysis of all pertinent factors before making any decisions.
* You might find their passion for logical analysis to be ponderous or overly pedantic at times, but if you keep an open mind, their conclusions could be beneficial to you.
* In situations where you must collaborate on a project or a plan, their tendency to stick to the rules can be limiting to your own creative visions. Present your optional ideas as logical alternatives worthy of consideration.
* They may appear distant and aloof at times, as they prefer to listen rather than talk. Don't take this personally or assume they're arrogant. Remember that they're absorbing and processing information before they render an opinion.
* They can be a valuable source of background or historical information, which you sometimes tend to overlook while you aim for the "big picture." Nevertheless, expect them to provide more details than you might care for.
When communicating with a Right-brain Concrete person, you are likely to experience the following characteristics:
* At times, you might find their ebullient need to be the center of attention to be overpowering or annoying.
* Like therapists, they can sometimes encourage you to open up and confide with them about personal problems or concerns you have. You're usually okay with this, as long as they don't pry too deeply or push their solutions too strongly.
* As much as you think before you speak, they think by speaking. They are excellent at exciting and persuading others to follow their suggestions.
* Even if they don't take logic or factual data into account, they may come up with innovative or imaginative ideas that are worthy of your consideration.
* Since you both like to come up with ideas, the verbal interaction can be both personally rewarding and productive. They may not share your visionary creativity, but they often have an intuitive sense of what is most suited for you.
* They can sometimes seem manipulative in getting their way. While you might find their personal charm and charisma irresistible, don't allow yourself to be swayed in a direction that you know is not right for you.
When communicating with a Left-brain Concrete person, you are likely to experience the following characteristics:
* You might find their style at times overbearing or in some cases, even intimidating. As a result, you're likely to interact with them only as much as absolutely necessary.
* When it comes to solving problems, they view feelings or abstract concepts as intrusions that prevent them from reaching a firm conclusion. You'd be better off not allowing your feelings to become too much of an issue.
* On the other hand, your feelings about certain situations are paramount to your comfort level, so don't be afraid to let them know how important that is to you.
* There might be times that you will feel they are pushing too hard to get you to make a final decision. On the other hand, you might be struggling with all the options you're considering and could benefit from their decisive nature.
* Don't be offended by their direct talk if it seems abrupt they are goal-oriented people who know how to get things done.
When communicating with another Left-brain Concrete, you are likely to experience the following characteristics:
* Like you, they tend to be visionary thinkers who look at the big picture and try to understand how things relate to each other.
* They value creative, inspirational options as much as you do. They can usually provide interesting alternatives that would be worth your while to consider. At times, however, you might become a bit irritated with their tendency to go off on tangents when you're trying to focus on a particular issue of concern.
* With the tendency you both have to procrastinate while exploring your options, one of you will need to refocus your energies on making a decision when the need to accomplish something arises.
* You are both open-minded and feelings-oriented. Together, you are likely to create a relaxed, low-key atmosphere based on trust and good rapport.
* Remember to be patient with their quiet, reflective nature; just like you, they may be thinking of other options that are more suitable for you or for themselves.
* Ultimately, you both need to feel comfortable with how your decisions fit into your world.

You are a Entrepreneur
You're a rare balance between left and right brain.
A Natural Leader
You are a natural leader who is a take-charge type of person most of the time. You'll put all of your energy into various projects and group activities. You're a high achiever who needs to be at the top. People believe that you can accomplish anything. Your charm and boldness can mesmerize others. Therefore, they will do anything you ask them to do without questioning it.
Personally and professionally people love relating to you, whether it's in person, in a group or over a telephone. They feel safe and secure that you're listening to their needs. You're taking care of business by putting a thorough action plan into place, and you're intelligent and creative enough to solve any spontaneous problems with optional actions. You're capable of motivating and leading them toward successful outcomes.
You do this by always asking three questions whenever you begin to undertake any action:
1. "What's the objective?"
2. "How does this work?"
3. "Who can I get to do this with me or for me?"
Idealism vs. Realism
Then, you balance two types of paradoxical thought processing, idealism and realism. Whichever process is needed at the time can be brought to the foreground in a creative and/or in a formal manner. Sometimes, when you're really on, you can meld the two into a creative, synthetic whole that astonishes others with its insightful planning, its practical applications and its clear, action-oriented directives. During this incubation period of insightful thought and communication, others begin to see you as a visionary who is a strategic planner and a pragmatic leader.
To make the action-oriented directives clear so that everyone meets or exceeds the total goal successfully and together, you have to have a clear plan laid out with user-friendly approaches set up for each person to accomplish each necessary task. Then, you have all these directives aligned with the mission, strategies and objectives. And, lastly, you have to measure how the strategies are being fulfilled and what else it will take to make the final outcome successful.
Task-Oriented Interaction
Yes, you can sit still and think. But, realize that you prefer to be doing tasks or interacting with others, whether it be an individual or a group. Most of all, you love being up front and leading the action.
If you're not leading, then you are doing whatever needs to be done to accomplish a task. When you finish one task, you're on to the next. It's never-ending. You like activities and interactions to move at a fast pace. If you have to slow down, you can become bored and impatient easily. Sometimes, you'll create a problem or a crisis just to enliven yourself and those people around you.
How You Learn
Traditional learning (lectures and reading) comes easily for you, particularly if it is factual, logical, associative, personal and occasionally humorous in its approach. The more personal instructors are in their delivery, the easier it is for you to make creative associations and conclusions. Then, at the last minute, you organize your notes and thoughts into clear patterns and categories for future reference and for your memory process.
It is helpful for you to understand the whole and its associations before you can categorize or memorize the pieces. However, if really needed, you can force yourself with focused energy to sit down and memorize over a long period of time. You will use multi-sensory methods to learn and process information. One of your more successful ways to memorize is to organize things into bite-sized chunks and write them as you say them to yourself out loud. Also, to reinforce this learning, you'll engage in conversation with one or more people about the topic and use the memorized information over and over in many different ways.

Your Communication Style

How You Learn
Traditional learning (lectures and reading) comes easily for you, particularly if they are factual, logical, historical and systematic in their approach. However, if your instructor's presentation wanders from the topic, incorporates too many personal examples or grammatical mistakes, your respect begins to dwindle. If these teaching faux pas' continue, you may become internally impatient and quietly develop an intellectual arrogance.
When it comes to learning, you are an excellent listener and reader who logically categorizes everything, easily memorizes things, zeroes in on the details and builds your own rational conclusions into very creative wholes. Then, you check them over and over in many different ways. It's not that you are distrusting (even of yourself), it's that you are a true, rational skeptic.
Your Career Style
You as a career seeker
As a high-achieving person who seeks perfection wherever possible, your working style is naturally systematic, logical, and business-like. You maintain an organized and predictable workspace, providing a sense of security that everything is where it should be. You have an intuitive talent for looking at the big picture and seeing a wealth of creative possibilities. You tend to be an independent thinker, yet assertive and decisive when needed. You would thrive in an environment of logical analysis; fields such as medical research, accounting, engineering, or systems analysis are careers that depend on precision and logic, while job titles such as businessman, stockbroker, or attorney would suit your drive for growth and accomplishment. For your creative side, open-ended jobs such as architecture, magazine writing, and product development might also be suitable.
Your communication style in the workplace
Your communication style is methodical and fact-oriented when dealing with concrete issues, but you can also apply your visionary thought processes when looking for creative solutions. You tend to think before you speak and are often able to back up your opinions with rational arguments and facts. You relish being the most knowledgeable authority in your field. The quiet, analytical side of you enables you to function well on your own, but you also have a natural tendency to be caring and sympathetic towards others and will want to maintain a harmonious relationship with your colleagues. Your creative abilities will often help you find optional solutions to potential conflicts that others might not think of. When necessary, you try to generate an atmosphere of teamwork and cohesion among your coworkers.
Your strengths in the workplace
Co-workers will appreciate the order you can bring to the workplace, such as knowing that they can always find the expenditure reports in a certain file. At the same time, you can think in patterns and understand how things relate to each other, thus bringing a sense of vision and innovation to the workplace. Your co-workers know you can be counted on to look out for the common good by setting and following rules that keep everything fair for all. Any time a problem arises, your colleagues look to you to analyze the problem logically and to propose the most practical solution. You'll try to tie together loose ends into a practical solution which can defuse the tension. They also appreciate your ability to be patient and understanding of others, as well as insightful and perceptive of their needs and motivations.
What to be careful of in the workplace
Be aware that not everybody around you is as driven as you are to succeed or as careful as you are to be accurate in their everyday communications. In the presence of others, it would be a good idea to loosen up your expectations of others, and be flexible with your team members. In other words, keep your eye on the ultimate goal and don't sweat the details! Sometimes you delay making certain decisions as you like to consider the relative merits of several options before deciding.
If only...

I liked the test. I got as Analytical Visionary and I was surprised that it was so accurate, it suits me perfectly.
Hm, I just noticed that the report has some typo errors in the end and you can not understand which quadrant predominance is analyzing about.

Thinking Before Acting
Entrepreneur!
That's me spot on!
"F = right-brain concrete (interactive)
N = right-brain abstract (synthetic)
T = left-brain abstract (analytic)
S = left-brain concrete (conclusive),
but I'm not sure about it."
On both right-brian concrete and left-brain abstract I got medium results.
Left-Brain Concrete and Right-Brain Abstract I got High.

Analytic and conclusive.
Striving to Be No. 1
When it comes to challenges or competition, you're always striving to be #1. In fact, anything less than being #1 can make you dissatisfied and upset. You love to be a winner and to associate with winners. And you're not afraid to be the best no matter what the personal cost and time involved may be. At each step, you love to become more productive and to gain more power over other people and outcomes.
You love challenges! In any endeavor that you undertake, whether alone or as a leader of people, you strive to be the best. You'll funnel your energy like a laser beam towards the goals and objectives to be accomplished. You will not be budged from this path. Everyone who knows you realizes this. It's the tenacious bulldog in you.
Time is Money
Your middle name is "Efficiency." No matter what you attempt to do, you're always trying to do it faster and better. If a task can be accomplished in one hour, then you try to do it in 50 minutes, then in 40 minutes, etc.
You are a bottom-line person. The saying, "Time is money," is a theme that drives you and makes you push others. Finishing a task or project on schedule is a necessity to you. You'll work relentlessly to this end.
Others refer to you as a task-master. When you're in a position of authority, you'll drive yourself and others to finish what needs to be done on time or ahead of time. If there's a choice between pleasing others and completing a task, there's no question that you would choose tasks over people. And when you're finished with that task, you're quickly onto the next one.
Thinking and Planning
One of the reasons you're so successful is that you can become a detailed and logical planner if necessary. You can break goals and objectives down into sequential steps that lead to success. Your thoughts and ideas are based on facts and practical time lines. If life's realities demand some changes in the steps, you think them through and then revamp them.
When you have appointments, you're always punctual. Many times you'll arrive ahead of time. That is why tardy people frustrate you so much. You just can't stand lateness or procrastination. "Let's do it now, not tomorrow!" is a saying that you live by.
Reaching Your Goals
Most of the time you are a doer rather than a deep thinker. It's not that you're not smart, it's that your energy focuses on getting something done rather than just thinking about it. You love having goals and objectives as motivators and guideposts. You like to keep actions practical, predictable and in the present because things may change on the fly. If you're in a new situation that's not readily as predictable, you're not afraid to learn as you go.
Every so often you have an awareness that makes you think about things differently. It's during these times that you like to sit back and take a look at the whole picture. You'll try to tie together loose ends into a logical and practical theory that makes sense. Once you understand this whole, you'll break the strategies down into tactical actions and time lines. Then, you'll proceed using the new plan and adjusted objectives.
You constantly want to reduce things to their lowest common denominator. If it's written on one page, it can be written in half a page or in a memo. That's why you prefer reading bullets of important points rather than paragraphs. "Give it to me in a nutshell!" is a motto of yours.
You hate beating around the bush. When you communicate, you're direct and to the point. You love being concise and concrete. Anything less and you can become impatient with people.
The Bottom Line
As you have more experiences and become confidently mature, you will be less impatient with yourself and others. You will remain a driving force and will learn how to keep people on a timely track without creating too much tension and conflict. This doesn't mean that you'll be less demanding; it means that you'll be capable of communicating in mellower terms the "whats" and "whens" of things you need accomplished. And, you'll still be the commander, the mover and shaker of organizations who has a deep and broad authority.
You as a career seeker
You thrive on challenges and love to solve problems. You are most comfortable when you are in control of your work situation, and are determined to set up your workspace and schedule so as to reflect your organized, no-nonsense style. Multi-tasking comes naturally to you, as you aim to accomplish your objectives efficiently and quickly. When the need arises, you'll take the time to apply your more analytical thought processes to find the most logical solutions to problems or strategies to follow. It's likely that you'll look for a career that is financially rewarding and allows for quick growth. Job titles such as businessman, sales manager, stockbroker, attorney or CEO, would suit your drive for growth and accomplishment. Careers that depend on precision and logic such as medical research, engineering, or systems analysis may satisfy your penchant for solving complex problems.
Your communication style in the workplace
You function best in concrete terms, and can be very effective in reaching a bottom line. You don't like to use metaphors or analogies when making your points, as you feel that they would only cloud the issues. Generally you don't have the time or patience to belabor the details of how a project will be handled, but if necessary, you'll analyze the details carefully enough and communicate the sequence of steps needed to get the job done. As long as you finish the project on schedule, and your employees contribute toward accomplishing the objectives, you are satisfied. You try not to let the intrusion of feelings or abstract ideas distract you from reaching your goal. You say what you mean and mean what you say, leaving little room for argument.
Your strengths in the workplace
You are admired for your fearless, confident style and your desire to be the best. Often, your colleagues look to you to analyze a problem logically and to propose the most practical solution. No matter where you start out in your career, you keep your eye on the prize and strive to become the leader. Applying both short-term tactical actions and long-term strategies, you develop a plan on how to get where you need to go. You set up and enforce the ground rules for your plan, always sticking to them yourself. Your common-sense and practical style enables you to tackle any challenge with a minimum of personal conflict and a maximum of end performance.
What to be careful of in the workplace
Because of your drive for action and results, you typically want to get directly to the point and tend not to dwell on discussions for too long. You might need to balance your expectations of quick results with a bit of patience and flexibility. Taking the time to listen to your colleagues' viewpoints or alternative suggestions could lead to a better understanding of the overall process and a greater likelihood of successfully achieving your goals.

You are admired by many because of your thinking skills and the way you skillfully design your life and the steps in the lives of others. You're an excellent planner. A Natural Leader
When it comes to challenges or competition, you're always striving to be No. 1. In fact, anything less than being the best can make you dissatisfied and upset. You love to be a winner and to associate with winners. You're not afraid to be No. 1 no matter what the personal cost and time involved. With each step, you love to become more productive and to gain more power over other people and outcomes.
What Drives You
You love challenges!
Taking Action
Whenever you feel it's necessary, you'll take your newly developed plans and attempt to put them into applied and practical action immediately. Sometimes, you'll forget to communicate this to others. That's when others are surprised by your directed drive and behavior. It's as if this process came out of nowhere.
When you're in this action mode, you're completely focused on accomplishing your goals and objectives. You can be very punctual in meeting achievement-oriented timelines. You go from being a laid-back, thinking person to an organized leader who makes sure that others are doing the work properly and efficiently. During this time, you don't like to waste energy conversing about personal matters or irrelevant topics. It's during this mode of operation that people see you as an entrepreneur. You have an unusual idea, focus in on it, and then drive it to fruition.
Exploring Options
Every so often, paradoxical thoughts attract you. While most people tend to avoid them, you seem curious and comfortable with them. That's because, once again, your need for creative and optional thinking doesn't have to be tied consistently together with logical and factual data.
You're attracted to the unknown more than the known. You're drawn to what's unusual about something rather than what is ordinary about it. If it's strange or way out there, you'll want to know and read more about it. You may take ideas from this and apply them in some practical way.
As a scientist or scholar, you have a bent towards the artistic side. What other people see as facts, you may see as shades of facts or possibilities of different facts. It's the development and the creation of new ideas and ways of looking at something that excites you. That's because your world is the world of possibilities and visions.
Thinking of the Future
You're always thinking about the future and you have an usual awareness as to what may happen. What you forecast is not always logical and sometimes makes many people uncomfortable. But, if they've known you long enough, they use the awareness to be better prepared for upcoming situations or events.
Dynamic Creativity
Change, particularly in ideas, is never-ending for you. What you're enthusiastic about today may not be the focus of your energy in a week, a month or year. People that know you see a dynamic stream of consciousness which, given the right amount of time and people support, allows you to develop idealistic and artistic themes into living and creative realities. It makes no difference whether they are software programs, pieces of art, strategies for corporations or new, holistic developments for organic gardening.
There is no timeline or deadline for your accomplishments. They are never-ending because you will go back and transform them if they evolve into a different whole within you. That is why in school or at work you procrastinate until the last moment to finish a paper, an assignment, or a project. If you do the work early, you'll have to go back and change it completely because you'll see it in a different contextual whole at the time when it is due. So, why redo it?
To the Point
You constantly want to reduce things to their lowest common denominator. If it's written on one-page, it can be written in half a page or in a memo. That's why you prefer reading bullets of important points rather than paragraphs. "Give it to me in a nutshell!" is a motto of yours.
You hate beating around the bush. When you communicate, you're direct and to the point. You love being concise and concrete. You can become impatient with people who are not like this.
Sometimes, when the situation demands it, you can be empathetic and personal in your approach to some people. In fact, you can even be patient with vague questions and people who don't quite understand what is being discussed. During times like this, you'll try to figure out how a person is thinking and feeling before sharing some practical or creative options. Just remember, this is not your typical modus operandi.
How You Communicate with Others
People want you to share your thoughts with them. That's because your ideas and expressions usually give a different slant on a topic or on what's happening. Many times others look to you for your awareness or guidance about something.
Your Career Style
You as a career seeker
You have a talent for intuitively thinking about the big picture and seeing the wealth of possibilities. You're naturally creative and tend to be an independent thinker. You're mostly interested in how your career fits into your lifestyle and circumstances. You may not feel comfortable in a career that is bound by rules or a strict hierarchical organization. You prefer the freedom to exercise your creativity, both for your own satisfaction and to meet the goals of the company. At times, after formulating your thoughts, you are driven to accomplish your objectives efficiently and quickly. Suitable jobs for you would be those with creative, open-ended possibilities, such as architecture, teaching, journalism, and product development. Additionally, job titles such as businessman, entrepreneur, or attorney would suit your drive for growth and accomplishment. Ultimately, you seek an emotionally rewarding career that can provide a financial incentive as well.
Your communication style in the workplace
You can be very effective in reaching a bottom line. You don't often have the time or patience to belabor the details of how a project will be handled; instead, you'll focus on achieving the overall goal in your straight-forward, get-it-done way. Your communication style is normally based on brevity and efficiency, always emphasizing the primary goals and the bottom line. Occasionally you'll reflect on issues of the workplace and how they might affect you or others. When you see a potential conflict arising, you'll employ your creative and insightful abilities to suggest optional solutions that others might not think of. You're a good listener and often patient and understanding of others as well as perceptive of their needs and motivations.
Your strengths in the workplace
You are admired for your fearless, confident style and your desire to be the best. You associate with winners and aim to be a winner yourself. No matter where you start out in your career, you keep your eye on the prize and strive to become the leader. As a person who typically thinks in patterns and understands how things relate to each other, you are able to bring a sense of vision and innovation to the workplace or your own business. You have a way of coming up with creative options that often lead to a better process. You think more about long-term strategies rather than short-term tactics, and you'll consider alternative solutions to problems in the workplace. You are admired for your confident style and your desire to be the best. Your colleagues look up to you for your awareness of what's going on and your ability to provide decisive guidance when needed. You tend to create your own rules. You might even be the one to try and tie together loose ends into a practical theory that takes into account your big-picture, solution-based thinking. Your common sense style and your ability to listen to others enable you to tackle any challenge with a minimum of personal conflict and a maximum of end performance.
What to be careful of in the workplace
Because of your drive for action and results, you typically want to get directly to the point and tend not to dwell on discussions for too long. You might need to balance your expectations of quick results with a bit of patience and flexibility. Taking the time to listen to your colleagues' viewpoints and alternative suggestions could lead to a better understanding of the overall process and a greater likelihood of successfully achieving your goals.

Your Communication Style

You are an Analytical Visionary.
You know how to mix the "how" and the "why."

Creative Thinker
You love to think, logically and creatively. You are most productive at work when you are solving problems by analyzing specific situations or by creating multiple options. You're adept at strategic planning at the highest levels.
Sixth-Sense Awareness
You are very aware of what's happening around you and/or what's going to happen in the future. It's almost like you have a sixth sense. You see the forest where most people are looking at trees or clumps of trees. This gives you a vision toward which to direct people's energies and thought processes. When you do this, people are amazed and excited about following your vision and strategies.
You're also able to break the vision and strategies into workable components that are easy to understand because they are linear, logical and uncomplicated. You also always ask a very important question when you're thinking through the solutions: "What is missing or doesn't fit?" Others on the project are surprised when you question your own assumptions, facts and logic.
Leading Others
You have an unassuming manner in getting people to follow what you want them to do. Some of the reasons you're so successful at getting people to follow your vision and strategies are as follows:
1. Before you speak and ask others to do something, you have the whole project meticulously laid out so it makes sense and it's easy to follow;
2. You ask for input and genuinely try to accommodate the plan to what people suggest;
3. When problems arise, you can be very creative in finding, or assisting others in finding, optional ways to handle the situations
4. And, as a whole, your mannerisms and your ways of communicating are clear and personable.
Your Communication Skills
Your communication skills are exceptional. You have a way of making people very relaxed and open during a dialogue with you. You pick up the most salient points and nonverbal gestures during a conversation. Then, you imaginatively redirect them in along your own lines of thought so that people feel they have fully participated in the process.
Respecting Others’ Needs
The one thing you don't like to do is to push or cajole others into doing something they are resisting. Yes, the project must be finished, but not at the expense of other people's individual feelings or integrity. Your respect for the rights of others supersedes the immediate need to accomplish the goal as planned. You'll find a creative way to meet the challenge while including the personal preference of the individual. That's why people enjoy being on a team or project with you. It's also why many people follow you even though you don't like to think of yourself as a great leader.
You as a career seeker
As a person who likes to analyze the world around you, your working style is naturally systematic, detail-oriented, and driven by the desire to solve problems and consider multiple options. You maintain an organized and predictable workspace, providing a sense of security that everything has its place and function. You have a talent for focusing on short-term solutions while always keeping in mind the long-term strategy. You deal with problems from both a logical and intuitive perspective. You would thrive in an environment of logical analysis; fields such as medical research, engineering, systems analysis or information technology, are careers that depend on precision and logic, satisfying your penchant for solving complex problems. More flexible, creative jobs such as architecture, teaching, journalism, and technical writing might also be suitable for someone with your thinking style.
Your communication style in the workplace
Your communication style is methodical and fact-oriented when dealing with concrete issues, but you also apply your visionary thought processes when looking for creative solutions. You tend to think before you speak and often back up your opinions with rational or historical arguments and facts. Your quiet, analytical manner enables you to function well on your own, but you are also inclined to be caring towards others and want to maintain a harmonious relationship with your colleagues. Your creative thinking patterns often help you find optional solutions to potential conflicts that others might not think of. When necessary, you use your ability to relate to people on a personal basis to generate an atmosphere of teamwork and cohesion among your coworkers.
Your strengths in the workplace
Coworkers appreciate the order you can bring to the workplace, such as knowing that they can always find the expenditure reports in a certain file. At the same time, your ability to think in patterns and understand how things relate to each other helps you bring a sense of vision and innovation to the workplace. Your coworkers know you can be counted on to look out for the common good by suggesting and following rules that keep everything fair for all. You will usually do what is right, even if it involves self-sacrifice. Any time a problem arises, your colleagues look to you to analyze the problem logically and impartially and to propose the most practical solution. They also appreciate your ability to be patient and understanding of others, as well as insightful and perceptive of their needs and motivations.
What to be careful of in the workplace
Be aware that not everybody around you is as careful as you are to be accurate in their everyday communications. In the presence of others, it would be a good idea to tone down your perfectionist tendencies and loosen up your expectations of others. In other words, keep your eye on the ultimate goal and don't sweat the details! Sometimes you tend to procrastinate about making certain decisions as you like to consider the relative merits of several options before deciding.
# Using personal, interactive dialogue as a primary tool
# Wanting people to always be expressive, personal and humorous
# Enjoying being charismatic and craving the center of attention
# Needing to always be creative, innovative and humorous with others
# Using dynamic and multi-sensory methods (touch, etc.) when relating to others
It might be pertinent, I thought it described me okay, though I suspect that it might just be flattering the people taking the test so that way they'll think it's accurate.

Motivational Visionary
Your Communication Style
Understanding the Big Picture
Thinking and processing! That's what you love to do the most. Ideas and options are what you're always creating. Once something seems concrete, structured and complete, you have a way of coming up with a creative option that changes the whole and leads to a better building process.
Most of the time you are very uncanny about seeing and understanding the big picture. Yes, you're a holistic thinker that is always asking the question "How?" Everything, including the smallest detail, needs to be woven into a framework to answer your question of "How?" Not one step can be taken until you know how that one step fits into the whole. These are some of the many reasons why people refer to you as a visionary.
Exploring Options
Every so often paradoxical thoughts attract you. While most people avoid them, you seem curious and comfortable with them. That's because, once again, your need for creative and optional thinking doesn't have to be tied consistently together with logical and factual data.
You're attracted to the unknown more than the known. You're drawn to what's unusual about something rather than what is ordinary about it. If it's strange or way out there, you'll want to know and read about it. You may take an idea from this and apply it in some practical way.
As a scientist or scholar, you have a bent towards the artistic side. What other people see as facts, you may see as shades of facts or possibilities of different facts. It's the development and the creation of new ideas and ways of looking at something that excites you. Your world is the world of possibilities and visions.
Thinking of the Future
You're always thinking about the future and you have an usual awareness as to what may happen. What you forecast is not always logical and sometimes makes many people uncomfortable. But if they've known you long enough, they use the awareness to be better prepared for upcoming situations or events.
How You Communicate with Others
People want you to share your thoughts with them. That's because your ideas and expressions usually give a different slant on a topic or on what's happening. Many times others look to you for your awareness or guidance about something.
The same thing happens when you enter a room with people conversing. Without trying, you can sense the themes of the discussions and the feelings being expressed. As you join a group, people are drawn to you and have a need to express their thoughts and feelings in your presence. You seem to be a natural facilitator for communication on all levels.
Motivating Others
Every so often, you'll be inspired enough to positively motivate people to follow you as their leader. When you're in this action mode, you can speak before and lead large groups of people, even major organizations if you've had enough previous experience. Your words will flow fluidly and touch the hearts and minds of those listening. You'll have a dynamic energy that will focus people to successfully accomplish the goals and objectives set forth.
Yes, if the situation is right, you can go from this quiet, sensitive thinker and communicator to a charismatic, dynamic leader who is not afraid of risks or of being wrong. It's not as dramatic as being Clark Kent and turning into Superman. However, if some persons have never experienced this transition in you, they may be pleasantly surprised if they are on your team or a employee/member in your organization. However, you should know that, once the mission and goals have been accomplished, you're quite satisfied to return to being the thinker and sensitive communicator.

Your Career Style
You as a career seeker
You have a talent for intuitively thinking about the big picture and seeing the wealth of possibilities. You're naturally creative and tend to be an independent thinker. As such, you function best when you can follow your own rules and timetable. For that reason, you're not likely to fit comfortably in a career or company that is bound by rules or a strict hierarchical organization. You require the freedom to exercise your creativity, both for your own satisfaction and to meet the goals of the company. However, the workplace is more than just a place to go everyday to earn a paycheck; it's a place where you can interact with people and expand your circle of friends and acquaintances. Suitable jobs for you would include those with creative, open-ended possibilities, such as architecture, teaching, magazine writing, and advertising. Ultimately, you seek a rewarding career that satisfies your creative drive and your ability to inspire others.
Your communication style in the workplace
You communicate well with individuals and small groups. In team meetings, you thrive on exchanging ideas with your colleagues. Sometimes you'll use abstract metaphors or analogies to get across your concepts. You tend to think before you speak, but you can also switch to a more casual, spontaneous and friendly conversational style. You're a good listener and a keen observer of both verbal and non-verbal communication. You have a natural tendency to be caring and sympathetic towards others and will want to maintain a harmonious relationship with your colleagues. Your creative abilities often help you find optional solutions to potential conflicts that others might not think of.
You also have a certain charm about you that inspires people around you and promotes a positive outlook on workplace issues. Your colleagues look up to you for your awareness of what's going on and your ability to provide thoughtful, sensitive guidance when needed. Even though you tend to create your own rules, in an effort to maintain harmony with your fellow workers, you will accept the agreed-upon rules, in addition to those of the company.
What to be careful of in the workplace
Your natural inclination is to think before you act so you may have a hard time taking immediate action when needed. Sometimes you delay making decisions as you like to consider the merits of several options before deciding. When you're in the mood to socialize with your coworkers, you'll need to be aware that you might be cutting into their productivity if you take too much of their time. Friendly socialization in small doses can be a good thing; just be careful not to overdo it.

Communication Tips
People who have a predominantly Left-brain Abstractthinking style thrive on careful analysis of all pertinent factors before making any decisions.
Stresses
Using the Concluder style of learning can create stress for you. # Always trying to be in control of or in charge of everything and everyone
# Insisting on asking the question, "What is the objective of doing this?" and immediately taking action to accomplish it
# Making sure everything you attempt is based on concrete, realistic and linear steps
# Being concise about everything you think, learn or do ("less is more")
# Demanding that efficiency be a constant motivator and goal
# Being the highest achiever and one of the most successful people at all costs

Analytical Visionary
I tend to avoid Right Brain Concrete, and all other quadrants are my 'primaries'. No secondaries.
Your Communication Style
High Achiever
You are the consummate, high achieving person who relishes being the most knowledgeable authority in any endeavor. Finishing as number one gives you the control over your destiny that you love to have. That's because you are an independent, solitary achiever who knows what you want and where you want to go most of the time. You do interact intellectually with other people and employees, particularly if it's about detailed planning and activation of that plan. Sometimes, your computer can become one of your most reliable partners for learning, working and, once in a great while, having fun.
You are a visionary who is a logical, pragmatic thinker and planner. You always need three questions answered: 1.

The Visionary
You're the ultimate universal, holistic thinker! Yes, you're a visionary. Everything, including the smallest detail, needs to be synthesized into a framework that answers the question, "How?" Options and More Options!
Ideas and options are what you're always creating. "Process" is your middle name. Once something seems concrete, structured and complete, you have a way of coming up with a creative option that changes the whole thing and leads to a better building process.

After a while, some new people will be drawn into a conversation that you're having and begin sharing their thoughts and feelings with you. Many times, these new people that are drawn to you have a need to express their unusual thoughts and feelings to you. In some way, you attract people who are different or are going through difficult, emotional times.

As a scientist or scholar, you have a bent towards the artistic side. What other people see as facts, you may see as shades of facts or possibilities of different facts. It's the development and creation of new ideas and ways of looking at something that excites you. That's because your world is the world of possibilities and visions.

Your Career Style
You as a career seeker
You're naturally curious about the world around you and are often able to see creative solutions to problems that others don't see. As someone with a talent for understanding the big picture, you're mostly interested in how your career fits into your lifestyle and circumstances. You're not likely to fit comfortably into a career that is bound by rules or a strict hierarchical organization. You require the freedom to exercise your creativity, both for your own satisfaction and to meet the goals of the company. You function best when you can follow your own rules and timetable. You thrive on exchanging ideas with others in an effort to explore the best ways to accomplish your goals. The most suitable jobs for you would be those with creative, open-ended possibilities, such as architecture, teaching, journalism, and product development. Ultimately, you seek an emotionally rewarding career, as you are not driven primarily by financial motives.
Your communication style in the workplace
You communicate well with individuals and small groups. Typically you are caring and sympathetic towards others and will want to maintain a harmonious relationship with your colleagues. When you see a potential conflict arising, you'll employ your creative and insightful abilities to suggest optional solutions that others might not think of. You're a good listener, and tend to be patient and understanding of others, as well as perceptive of their needs and motivations. These qualities serve you well in a team-based project. Colleagues often ask you to share your thoughts or your opinions with them, as they value your insights and fresh ideas.
Your strengths in the workplace
As a person who thinks in patterns and understands how things relate to each other, you are able to bring a sense of vision and innovation to the workplace or your own business. You may not always get directly from point A to B, but you know how to get there eventually and can see the optional ways of accomplishing your goals. You also tend to think before you act, so you are unlikely to make any hasty, impulsive decisions. You like to use metaphors or examples to get across your concepts. Your colleagues look up to you for your sensitive awareness of what's going on and your ability to provide thoughtful guidance. Even though you tend to follow your own rules, in an effort to maintain harmony with your fellow workers, you accept the agreed-upon rules of the corporate culture.
What to be careful of in the workplace
Your natural inclination is to think rather than act so you may have a hard time taking immediate action when needed. Sometimes you delay making decisions as you like to consider the merits of several options before deciding. For the sake of efficiency, strive for the logical solution and save your creativity for a less time-critical situation. At times, you allow your feelings to get in the way of making decisions. Try not to take things personally if someone criticizes an idea you've come up with.

Communication Tips
People who have a predominantly Left-brain Abstractthinking style thrive on careful analysis of all pertinent factors before making any decisions.

Did anyone else notice that on the graph they put right brained on the left and left brained on the right? That is a bit annoying. Anyways I got the Creative Organizer, Primary being Left-Brain Abstract and Right-Brain Abstract, secondary Left-Brain Concrete and avoid Right-Brain Concrete.
Communication Style
When communicating with a Right-brain Concrete person, you are likely to experience the following characteristics:
Typically, you are not comfortable with their sometimes overly exuberant chitchat or storytelling.
As much as you think before you speak, they think by speaking. You usually don't like to interact verbally or personally with other people, but if the topic of conversation interests you, you'll listen and quietly process the information.
They are excellent at exciting and persuading others to follow their suggestions. At times, however, you might find their ebullience to be overpowering or annoying and will avoid interacting with them.
Like therapists, they can sometimes encourage you to open up and confide with them about personal problems or concerns you have. You're usually okay with this, as long as they don't pry too deeply or push their solutions too strongly.
Even if they don't take logic or factual data into account, they may come up with innovative or imaginative ideas that are worthy of your consideration.
When communicating with a Left-brain Concrete person, you are likely to experience the following characteristics:
Your comfort with following rules and focusing on goals meshes well with their insistence on enforcing rules and driving all actions to achieving goals.
Because of your introverted nature, you might find their style at times overbearing or in some cases, even intimidating. As a result, you're likely to interact with them only as much as absolutely necessary.
When it comes to solving problems, they view feelings or abstract concepts as intrusions that prevent them from reaching a firm conclusion. Typically this would not be an obstacle for you as you rely primarily on logic and rarely on feelings to help arrive at conclusions.
At times you may feel driven to provide a detailed analysis of a situation and will be frustrated at their impatience or reluctance to listen to your ideas.
When communicating with a Right-brain Abstract person, you are likely to experience the following characteristics:
You may find their visions lacking the historical perspective or logical analysis that you require to make it acceptable. Nevertheless, they are usually open to benefiting from your knowledge and experience.
They value creative, inspirational options and can usually provide interesting alternatives that would be worth your while to consider. At times, however, you might become irritated with their tendency to go off on tangents when youre trying to focus on a particular issue of concern.
Remember to be patient with their quiet, reflective nature; they may be thinking of other options that are more suitable for you or for themselves.
When the need to accomplish something arises, you can become impatient or frustrated with their tendency to procrastinate.
When communicating with another Left-brain Abstract person, you are likely to experience the following characteristics:
Like you, they thrive on careful analysis of all pertinent factors before reaching any conclusions. While they share your passion for logical and systematic analysis, you may find yourself disagreeing with their conclusions if you find any flaws in their facts or hypotheses. Because your own analysis may differ from theirs, you are likely to view that difference as a challenge that can stimulate a lively debate.
Like you, they usually don't like to interact verbally or personally with other people. If you invest some energy into communication, you are bound to reap the benefits of the other person's knowledge and unique thought processes.
In situations where you must collaborate on a project, you may need to extract yourselves from excessive preoccupation with the analysis phase and focus on the execution phase.
Remember that since they prefer to listen rather than talk, they're absorbing and processing information that they may use to render an opinion.

Secondary = left-brain concrete

Your Communication Style
1. Before you speak and ask others to do something, you have the whole project meticulously laid out so it makes sense and it's easy to follow;
2. You ask for input and genuinely try to accommodate the plan to what people suggest;
Respecting Others Needs
The one thing you don't like to do is to push or cajole others into doing something they are resisting. Yes, the project must be finished, but not at the expense of other people's individual feelings or integrity. Your respect for the rights of others supersedes the immediate need to accomplish the goal as planned. You'll find a creative way to meet the challenge while including the personal preference of the individual. That's why people enjoy being on a team or project with you. It's also why many people follow you even though you don't like to think of yourself as a great leader.

Your Career Style
You as a career seeker

Your Career Style
You as a career seeker

Stresses
Using the Concluder style of learning can create stress for you.
# Always trying to be in control of or in charge of everything and everyone
# Insisting on asking the question, "What is the objective of doing this?" and immediately taking action to accomplish it
# Making sure everything you attempt is based on concrete, realistic and linear steps
# Being concise about everything you think, learn or do ("less is more")
# Demanding that efficiency be a constant motivator and goal
# Being the highest achiever and one of the most successful people at all costs

Motivational Visionary: "Ideas and option are what you are always creating and doing."
Communication Style
A Natural People Person
When you are walking down a corridor or a street, you like to greet or stop to speak to someone. People just love to talk with you about anything. That's because the positive energy that you give off during conversations develops an instant bond with everyone.
You love to interact with people. It doesn't matter how many people there are or at what level you're communicating; you do it effortlessly. Conversation has been extremely natural to you your whole life.
Strategic Creativity
Unless people know you very well, they won't realize that you are quite capable of creating strategic plans, following intellectual pursuits and developing new, abstract theories about how things integrate or function. You're able to look at the whole picture, break them into discrete, unusual parts, and synthesize these into unique wholes or strategic plans. You thoroughly enjoy discovering creative options when thinking through difficult problems and challenging ideas.
Motivating and Leading Others
When it comes to dealing with people and problems, you use a combination of intuitive and rational thoughts very successfully. Your positive, personal and intelligent ways of relating to people make them want to follow you during times of confusion and stress. It's when the situations are dynamic and need optional thinking and/or in-the-moment organization that you're able to step forward, take command and lead others towards successful outcomes. This is when your style of leadership becomes most effective.
Even if you're not knowledgeable about a subject area under discussion, you come across as smooth and intelligent. It doesn't matter to you what conversations others are having or what topics they're discussing, you can join in without missing a beat. That's because you intuitively know how to listen to the underlying messages being delivered and how to successfully respond to people intellectually with just a few facts.
How You Learn
Besides reading and studying, conversations and dialogues provide you with an enjoyable opportunity to learn. It's during this repartee that you're able to ask any type of question: logical, analogical or just odd ones to serve your curiosity. One of the best ways for you to learn and to be motivated is to belong to a study group, particularly one that has members who are focused on the objectives and deadlines. The process of these groups can provide you with the focus and further detail to study and learn effectively.
Speaking in front of Groups
Speeches and presentations to small or large groups come naturally to you. You can either be prepared or wing it when making a speech. The latter, with a few notes jotted on a piece of scrap paper, is your preferred way to present. Also, you'll use theatrical intonations and gestures, personalized comments and anecdotes with humor, integrating them around facts, logic and important points. When you have finished, people leave your presentations feeling that you have presented a solid case, you have touched them personally and you have spoken to each one of them intellectually.
Your Leadership Qualities
As a leader, you're a powerful combination of intellectual insightfulness, future predictions and personal charm. The former allows you to plan and think things through intuitively and logically. The latter allows you to be empathetic and personal in your expression of motivation and planned action. The two of these combined give you the positive power that people trust and follow.

Communication Style
The Logical Thinker
If there is such a thing as a purely rational person, you're it. Everything you think about and do needs to be analyzed and systematized logically. You live by deduction. First A, then B, next C…
Everything is categorized into its place and function. Next, it's checked to see if it's factual and can be proven scientifically.
You're not a risk taker. It doesn't mean that you're not adventurous.
You're the ultimate planner.
You're basically an introverted and low-key person who likes everything to be orderly and impersonal. Reserved, proper and calm are words that are often used to describe you. You usually don't like to interact verbally or personally with other people. You are independent and can be a loner very easily. Sometimes, your best friend is your computer and its Internet access.
However, if you don't invest some energy and emotions into communication and relationships, you'll be seen as boring, stiff and nerdy. Relating to others is almost always done in an intellectual manner. However, this raises a paradoxical dilemma for you because you're human and innately should be relating to others emotionally and socially, as well as intellectually.
In a group setting you're usually very quiet and rarely volunteer to speak unless you have something very pertinent to say. Even then, you are reticent at best. However, if someone you respect directly asks you for your opinion, you'll answer if you deem the subject in question worthy of your attention. Then, and only then, will you respond in a thorough manner. If you are pushed to explain even more, you'll use historical and logical explanations, including answering all of the possible questions as to why your responses are correct. Thus, you'll not leave any rational leaf unturned and immediately you'll halt the possibility that someone else may question you again about this subject area.
Given the right opportunity to debate someone of equal or greater intellectual stature, you'll jump at this fortuitous occasion. You'll enter this competition because you know that, win, lose or draw, you'll learn more than if you abstain. You're not afraid of losing face; after all, it's an opportunity to learn and achieve at a higher level. You're not worried about the cost of learning.
How You Judge Others
Sometimes, particularly when you're younger, you can be quite critical of others and haughty in your responses. In fact, as people speak, you are editing what they're saying and judging their intellectual capacity. At some point in your life, you'll recognize that you are much brighter and more knowledgeably prepared than most people. Thus, you have two choices as to how you are to respond: arrogantly critical or respectfully positive. Hopefully, you've had enough experiences in life to respond in the latter manner so that people will not be intimidated and discontinue relating to you.
When communicating with a Right-brain Concrete person, you are likely to experience the following characteristics:
* Typically, you are not comfortable with their sometimes overly exuberant chitchat or storytelling.
* As much as you think before you speak, they think by speaking. You usually don't like to interact verbally or personally with other people, but if the topic of conversation interests you, you'll listen and quietly process the information.
* They are excellent at exciting and persuading others to follow their suggestions. At times, however, you might find their ebullience to be overpowering or annoying and will avoid interacting with them.
* Like therapists, they can sometimes encourage you to open up and confide with them about personal problems or concerns you have. You're usually okay with this, as long as they don't pry too deeply or push their solutions too strongly.
* Even if they don't take logic or factual data into account, they may come up with innovative or imaginative ideas that are worthy of your consideration.
* They can sometimes seem manipulative in getting their way.
When communicating with a Left-brain Concrete person, you are likely to experience the following characteristics:
* Your comfort with following rules and focusing on goals meshes well with their insistence on enforcing rules and driving all actions to achieving goals.
* Because of your introverted nature, you might find their style at times overbearing or in some cases, even intimidating. As a result, you're likely to interact with them only as much as absolutely necessary.
* When it comes to solving problems, they view feelings or abstract concepts as intrusions that prevent them from reaching a firm conclusion. Typically this would not be an obstacle for you as you rely primarily on logic and rarely on feelings to help arrive at conclusions.
* At times you may feel driven to provide a detailed analysis of a situation and will be frustrated at their impatience or reluctance to listen to your ideas.
* In general, you should get along with each other fairly easily, as you both tend toward "left-brain" functions.
When communicating with a Right-brain Abstract person, you are likely to experience the following characteristics:
* You may find their visions lacking the historical perspective or logical analysis that you require to make it acceptable. Nevertheless, they are usually open to benefiting from your knowledge and experience.
* They value creative, inspirational options and can usually provide interesting alternatives that would be worth your while to consider. At times, however, you might become irritated with their tendency to go off on tangents when you're trying to focus on a particular issue of concern.
* Remember to be patient with their quiet, reflective nature; they may be thinking of other options that are more suitable for you or for themselves.
* When the need to accomplish something arises, you can become impatient or frustrated with their tendency to procrastinate.
When communicating with another Left-brain Abstract person, you are likely to experience the following characteristics:
* Like you, they thrive on careful analysis of all pertinent factors before reaching any conclusions. While they share your passion for logical and systematic analysis, you may find yourself disagreeing with their conclusions if you find any flaws in their facts or hypotheses. Because your own analysis may differ from theirs, you are likely to view that difference as a challenge that can stimulate a lively debate.
* Like you, they usually don't like to interact verbally or personally with other people. If you invest some energy into communication, you are bound to reap the benefits of the other person's knowledge and unique thought processes.
* In situations where you must collaborate on a project, you may need to extract yourselves from excessive preoccupation with the analysis phase and focus on the execution phase.
* Remember that since they prefer to listen rather than talk, they're absorbing and processing information that they may use to render an opinion. It would benefit you to be open-minded enough to consider a difference of opinion if offered.
* They can be a valuable source of background or historical information that can be used to enhance your own analysis of a situation or problem.

Thinking Before Acting
Entrepreneur!
You might find their passion for logical analysis to be ponderous or overly pedantic at times, but if you keep an open mind, their conclusions could be beneficial to you.
In situations where you must collaborate on a project or a plan, their tendency to stick to the rules can be limiting to your own creative visions. Present your optional ideas as logical alternatives worthy of consideration.
They may appear distant and aloof at times, as they prefer to listen rather than talk. Don't take this personally or assume they're arrogant. Remember that they're absorbing and processing information before they render an opinion.
They can be a valuable source of background or historical information, which you sometimes tend to overlook while you aim for the "big picture." Nevertheless, expect them to provide more details than you might care for.

Since you both like to come up with ideas, the verbal interaction can be both personally rewarding and productive. They may not share your visionary creativity, but they often have an intuitive sense of what is most suited for you.
They can sometimes seem manipulative in getting their way. While you might find their personal charm and charisma irresistible, don't allow yourself to be swayed in a direction that you know is not right for you.

On the other hand, your feelings about certain situations are paramount to your comfort level, so don't be afraid to let them know how important that is to you.
There might be times that you will feel they are pushing too hard to get you to make a final decision. On the other hand, you might be struggling with all the options you're considering and could benefit from their decisive nature.
Don't be offended by their direct talk if it seems abrupt -- they are goal-oriented people who know how to get things done.

With the tendency you both have to procrastinate while exploring your options, one of you will need to refocus your energies on making a decision when the need to accomplish something arises.
You are both open-minded and feelings-oriented. Together, you are likely to create a relaxed, low-key atmosphere based on trust and good rapport.
Remember to be patient with their quiet, reflective nature; just like you, they may be thinking of other options that are more suitable for you or for themselves.
Ultimately, you both need to feel comfortable with how your decisions fit into your world.

1. Before you speak and ask others to do something, you have the whole project meticulously laid out so it makes sense and it's easy to follow;
2. You ask for input and genuinely try to accommodate the plan to what people suggest;

* In general, you should get along with each other fairly easily, as you both tend toward "left-brain" functions.
When communicating with a Right-brain Abstract person, you are likely to experience the following characteristics:
* You may find their visions lacking the historical perspective or logical analysis that you require to make it acceptable. Nevertheless, they are usually open to benefiting from your knowledge and experience.

# Using personal, interactive dialogue as a primary tool
# Wanting people to always be expressive, personal and humorous
# Enjoying being charismatic and craving the center of attention
# Needing to always be creative, innovative and humorous with others
# Using dynamic and multi-sensory methods (touch, etc.) when relating to others

The Visionary
How You Think
Your thinking process is mostly intuitive and analogical. However, you use facts and logic to back up your intuitive thought processing. When you weave these processes together, you're constantly challenging logical and scientific thought. You seem to stretch the facts to create a new theory or develop a synthetic way of tying different theories together. This optional way of thinking energizes your thought processes, while at the same time focuses your energy on the facts in specific, yet different ways.
Paradoxical thoughts attract you. Most people avoid them. You seem curious and comfortable with them. That's because, once again, your need for creative and optional thinking doesn't have to be tied together with logic and factual data.
You're attracted to the unknown more than the known. You're drawn to what's unusual about something rather than what is ordinary about it. If it's strange or way out there, you'll want to know and read about it.
Time is on Your Side
There is no timeline or deadline for your accomplishments. They are never-ending because you will go back and transform them if they evolve into a different whole within you. That is why in school or at work you procrastinate until the last moment to finish a paper, an assignment for a project. If you do the work early, at the time it's due, you'll have to go back and change it completely because you see it in a different contextual whole. So, why redo it?
How You Communicate with Others
People want you to share your thoughts with them. That's because your ideas and expressions usually give a different slant on a topic or on what's happening. Many times they look to you for your awareness or guidance about something.
Almost the same thing happens when you enter a room with conversant people. Without trying, you can feel the themes of the discussions and the feelings being expressed. As you join a group, people are drawn to you and have a need to express their thoughts and feelings in your presence. You seem to be a natural facilitator for communication on all levels.

Visionary
"You are the ultimate universal, holistic thinker."
The Visionary
Primary: Right-Brain Abstract (Synthetic)
Secondary: everything else
You're the ultimate universal, holistic thinker! Yes, you're a visionary. Everything, including the smallest detail, needs to be synthesized into a framework that answers the question, "How?" Before you begin any project or task, you need to see the big picture. Not one step can be taken until you know how that one step fits into the whole.
Options and More Options!
Ideas and options are what you're always creating. "Process" is your middle name. Once something seems concrete, structured, and complete, you have a way of coming up with a creative option that changes the whole thing and leads to a better building process.
Time is on Your Side
There is no timeline or deadline for your accomplishments. They are never-ending because you will go back and transform them if they evolve into a different whole within you. That is why in school or at work you procrastinate until the last moment to finish a paper, an assignment or a project. If you do the work early, at the time it's due, you'll have to go back and change it completely because you see it in a different contextual whole. So, why redo it?
A futurist or a soothsayer! That is how some people describe you. You're always thinking about the future; you have an uncanny way of predicting what will be happening. What you forecast is not always logical and makes many people uncomfortable. But, if they've known you long enough, they use the awareness to be better prepared for upcoming situations or events.
You're your Own Person
For you, being your own person is most important! You're off just enough to stand apart from the masses. Your idiosyncratic ways of self-expression often entertain, amaze or offend people. This may make you feel self-conscious or uncomfortable. However, it doesn't stop your unusual way of being. You realize it's just the price to pay for being your genuine self.
How You Communicate with Others
You're an excellent communicator with individuals and small groups of three, no more than four people. You listen attentively to what people say, how they say it and what feelings are generated. When you give feedback, it is usually very sensitive and leads to further communication. You have an unusual awareness of what is happening to the person and others that are participating. It's almost like a sixth sense. Sometimes, people distance themselves from you because of this sensitivity and your feedback.
On the other hand, when you enter a room with conversant people, you can sense the themes of the discussions and the feelings being emoted. First, you'll look for people you know to talk with. After a while, some new people will be drawn into a conversation that you're having and begin sharing their thoughts and feelings with you. Many times, these new people that are drawn to you have a need to express their unusual thoughts and feelings to you. In some way, you attract people who are different or are going through difficult, emotional times.
How You Think
Your thinking process is mostly intuitive and analogic. You use facts and logic to back up your intuitive thought processing. When you weave these processes together, you're constantly challenging logical and scientific thought. You seem to stretch the facts to create a new theory or develop a synthetic way of tying different theories together. This optional way of thinking energizes your thought processes while at the same time focuses your energy on the facts in specific, yet different ways.
Paradoxical thoughts attract you. While most people tend to avoid them, you seem curious and comfortable with them. That's because, once again, your need for creative and optional thinking doesn't have to be tied together with logic and factual data. You're attracted to the unknown more than the known. You're drawn to what's unusual about something rather than what is ordinary about it. If it's strange or way out there, you'll want to learn and read more about it.
As a scientist or scholar, you have a bent towards the artistic side. What other people see as facts, you may see as shades of facts or possibilities of different facts. It's the development and creation of new ideas and ways of looking at something that excites you. That's because your world is the world of possibilities and visions.

I took this test 3 times and came up with a different answer every time: Driven Planner, Rationalist, Analytical Visionary.
I think part of the problem is often both choices are either equally correct, or incorrect as a descriptive, so when neither is an obvious choice it can skew results into a different direction. There were also options I didn't choose the first time around, which I did in subsequent tests, because the new pairing was a less desirable option than that in the original test.

Creative Organizer:
Left Brain Abstract and Right Brain Abstract primary.
The description is actually a lot like me... I'm not quite as "organized" or concrete as they describe but other than that it fits me quite well.

Communication Tips
People who have a predominantly Left-brain Abstractthinking style thrive on careful analysis of all pertinent factors before making any decisions.
When communicating with a Right-brain Concrete person, you are likely to experience the following characteristics:
At times, you might find their ebullient need to be the center of attention to be overpowering or annoying.
Like therapists, they can sometimes encourage you to open up and confide with them about personal problems or concerns you have. You're usually okay with this, as long as they don't pry too deeply or push their solutions too strongly.
As much as you think before you speak, they think by speaking. They are excellent at exciting and persuading others to follow their suggestions.
Even if they don't take logic or factual data into account, they may come up with innovative or imaginative ideas that are worthy of your consideration.
When communicating with a Left-brain Concrete person, you are likely to experience the following characteristics:
You might find their style at times overbearing or in some cases, even intimidating. As a result, you're likely to interact with them only as much as absolutely necessary.
When it comes to solving problems, they view feelings or abstract concepts as intrusions that prevent them from reaching a firm conclusion. You'd be better off not allowing your feelings to become too much of an issue.
Don't be offended by their direct talk if it seems abrupt they are goal-oriented people who know how to get things done.
When communicating with another Left-brain Concrete, you are likely to experience the following characteristics:
Like you, they tend to be visionary thinkers who look at the big picture and try to understand how things relate to each other.
They value creative, inspirational options as much as you do. They can usually provide interesting alternatives that would be worth your while to consider. At times, however, you might become a bit irritated with their tendency to go off on tangents when you're trying to focus on a particular issue of concern.
Stresses
Using the Concluder style of learning can create stress for you.
Always trying to be in control of or in charge of everything and everyone
Insisting on asking the question, "What is the objective of doing this?" and immediately taking action to accomplish it
Making sure everything you attempt is based on concrete, realistic and linear steps
Being concise about everything you think, learn or do ("less is more")
Demanding that efficiency be a constant motivator and goal
Being the highest achiever and one of the most successful people at all costs

Analytic Visionary
Communication Style

Using personal, interactive dialogue as a primary tool

Enjoying being charismatic and craving the center of attention
Needing to always be creative, innovative and humorous with others
Using dynamic and multi-sensory methods (touch, etc.) when relating to others

Now, I am confused. What do these results say about me? Can I just pick the one I like best & go with that? None repeated, so I'm not leaning one way or another. Personally, I like 'visionary'. I'll go with that one. Yeah, universal thinker. Sounds good...

I have no primary quadrants they are all secondary.
A Rare and Fine Balance
Your style score is rare (just over one in one thousand). Few people have such a balanced, overall profile. You are able to select from any of the primary styles the ones that best suit you in preparing for a task or a project. If you want to achieve on a high level, which you do most of the time, you can consistently be in the top 10% by selecting the styles that match the thoughts or actions to be taken.
Yes, you're capable of succeeding on a high level. Sometimes, you have to persevere until you finish the task or complete the assignments. However, because you're not afraid of hard work, you'll accomplish it successfully and not complain unless it's been an unfair task.
Organized Efficiency
You are well organized and rarely late for an appointment or a deadline. In fact, you are prepared to complete each task on schedule or ahead of time. You do what has to be done in efficient ways. You take pride in your work and accomplish it successfully unless you're placed in a extremely chaotic situation that is out of your control. Even then, you seem to remain calm and consistently successful.
You're not a risk taker who presents far-out thoughts and defends them. You're creative enough to solve problems with some ingenuity, but not overly creative so that your foundations of thought aren't grounded in facts and acceptable assumptions. You're well prepared and have a plan with strategies and tactics to follow. Then, you do what it takes to successfully accomplish well-balanced work that always meets or exceeds the goals of the assignment or task.
How You Learn
Traditional learning methods (lectures, reading, videos and study groups) come easily for you, particularly if an instructor is logical and clear in his presentations and assignments. If instructors give a lecture or an assignment that is fuzzy, you can become anxious and will need to ask for clarity in a non-threatening way. Another reason that traditional learning is easy for you is that your balanced styles allow you to approach any learning situation in many different ways: analytic or synthetic, idealistic or pragmatic, auditory, visual or kinesthetic, using categorical or associative memory techniques, and approaching the learning in a detailed and/or holistic manner.
You are an excellent listener and reader who logically categorizes everything, easily memorizes things, zeroes in on the details and builds both creative and rational conclusions. Then, you're thorough enough to check everything over in many different ways so that you can present your best work. After a while, your instructors and fellow participants realize that you're dependable and capable. That's why other participants ask you for help on an assignment or want you in their study group.

Communication Style
The Workaholic
Let's face it! You're a workaholic. What needs to be done next is important to do immediately. That it is finished with excellence and on time is most important. If it's consequential to you personally or professionally, you'll remain focused and work beyond the call of duty to complete a boring, tedious task or an exciting, high-profile activity. As long as it is accomplished and you get the credit, you'll do it.
What Drives You
In every undertaking, you want to be the leader. If there is a clearly marked path to the top, you'll get there as quickly as possible. You'll develop tunnel vision. Even though you won't admit it or openly show it, you'll work harder and longer than others to accomplish what you want. When you know others are taking breaks or quitting, you'll remain goal-oriented and finish the task no matter what the personal costs. At each step you'll become more productive and gain more power over other people and outcomes.
You live and breath to be No. 1. Anything less than being the best makes you extremely dissatisfied and upset. You are the ultimate competitor! Winning and being at the top means everything. You constantly strive to reach and surpass the goals you have set for yourself and for others. If people think you are bossy or autocratic, so be it. You're known to use negative criticism and a constantly rising voice to make people focus and do what you want them to do. You allow nothing to get in your way. If some things or some people are in the way, you either remove them or steam roll them.
How You Interact with Others
As you have more experiences and you confidently mature, you will be less impatient with yourself and others. You will remain a driving force and will learn how to keep people on a timely track without immediate tension and conflict. This doesn't mean that you will be less demanding; it means that you will be capable of communicating what you need accomplished in a less threatening, firm and clear manner. In the end, you'll be the commander, the mover and shaker of organizations who has a broad and deep authority. Yet, when you need it, you'll still have a laser-like capacity to put individuals and groups of people in their proper place quickly and without qualms.
Stirring up the Adrenaline
You love challenges. They rush your adrenaline to the surface, creating instant readiness to take on the task or the person challenging you. You focus all of your energy to complete the task or to compete with the person. It's as if you've stepped into a funnel that directs your energy into smaller and smaller units and limits other stimuli from distracting you. You'll stay in this mode until the task is complete or the competition comes to an end. You're a bulldog when it comes to challenges.
"Time is money!" is a theme that drives you and makes you push others. You're a bottom-line person. You are always ahead of time, punctual and meeting deadlines. If a task can be accomplished in one hour, then, with a focused effort and a different routine, you believe it can be done in fifty minutes, then forty, then... You're a "task master." You'll break it down into smaller components and then into more efficient units. Lastly, you organize the units into a set way of doing the task and expect everyone, including yourself, to always do it in this way.
Everything in its Place
Besides being organized, you believe that everything has its place and is routinely filed according to a specific serial standard. This includes your workplace, your home and your closets. If something is out of place or, even worse, missing, you become upset and obsessed with putting it in its proper place immediately. It is almost impossible for you to do anything else until the missing piece of the puzzle is returned and everything is organized again.
You are so neat and meticulous that at the end of each task or day almost everything has to be finished, organized and put away. Your desk remains clean and orderly so you can begin the next day without anything or anyone cluttering what you have planned. At times, you appear obsessed with order and cleanliness. If this behavior drives other people crazy, you don't mind and won't change. This is the cost of living with you or doing business with you.
To the Point!
When it comes to communications, you are direct and to the point. You don't beat around the bush! You don't have time to waste with small talk and meaningless details. You don't use metaphors or analogies even as examples. They confuse the issues and waste time. To be concise and concrete, you speak in an orderly manner so that Point A leads to Point B, then Point C follows.
Reaching Your Goals
You are a doer more than you are a thinker. Yes, you love goals and objectives. However, to sit and take the time and the energy to plan them in detail for the future is exhausting for you. You're not a strategist or an in-depth planner. You are a tactician.
You know what works in certain situations from past history or from memorized actions taken by people that you know or have read about. Don't plan too far ahead, because things change. Keep actions practical, predictable and in the present. Don't cloud what you're going to do with too many options or unpredictable details. Let the situations dictate what you're going to do from your repertoire of previously successful moves. Don't deviate from what works. Stay on course and forge ahead.
What is your style of getting people to do what you want? You provide simple directions in a direct manner, followed by negative consequences if the directions are deviated from. You keep people focused by making them tense and a little afraid of being chastised. This is also what keeps people loyal and in line. Then, goals and objectives are met or exceeded within the deadline set. That is your simple formula for becoming and staying a great leader.
