I don't know maybe the person saying this does not believe the words people say are the first ones that pop into their heads and they say another more one they think of after this instead? I think associative links are fascinating in the brain and odd things can pop into people's minds for reasons they understand as they can see the links but others can't, so I don't think people are lying if there is an association I do not get the linkage of, its just interesting and keeps the creative dimension of the game going instead of it all being logical and predictable.
