when I am reading through posts, I tend to hone in on the ones that have the fewest responses. It seems less intimidating to respond to these posts rather than the ones with more than 15 or so responses. Anyone else do the same thing?

Yeah but mostly because its to much hard work in reading what others have posted before so you don't make the mistake to only post exactly the same thing again.

lol lately yeah, I suppose I'm getting a bit lazy :p but I do skim over all the posts (when I do post) to make sure I'm not repeating something : )

Nah, I "go for the gusto" and dive into the bigger threads - although I do find myself skimming on the longer threads. So if I seem redundant, that's why!! :o

I do that too. Like others have said, it's easier to read every post in a short thread to avoid saying the same thing as someone else.
