You have made this far too open-ended. Ask a more specific question, like, "a certain car (insert name here) must use between a zero amount and infinite amount of fuel." That is assuming it actually exists and that we are talking about the same car and the same type of fuel.

The thing is, you can never prove that something can't be done, like me flying. Maybe I can use magic to fly. It can't be proved that this doesn't exist, not 100% proven. But I would be able to prove that it's true, by doing it.

Okay, okay...I can fly without the aid of any external object. Prove that wrong.You always fly anyway. And every external object is an aid for you anyway. If no external objects exist then you cannot define moving and hence you cannot define flying.
